Because, if the movies are right, we will be visited with various plagues just before the end comes. As Christians we long for Christ's return and I can think of few more horrible plagues than a ruling majority of Democrats.
To wit, a trumpian Republican Party :D:Wink

If you dump Him, you will go back to what the Dems gave yto us before Him, higher taxes, no real jobs, other nations laughing at us, Isis on the warpath, sluggish economy, Judges bent on gay rights and abortion, do we really want that again?
Are you typing “Him” with a capital H like he (small h) is a diety?

You should vote for Democrats:

If you believe the military should have their funding reduced.

If you want the rich and upper middle class to pay more in taxes.

If you want to shift energy use from coal and oil to wind, solar, and geothermal, and have the government heavily subsidize it.

If you want higher gasoline taxes. Or you favor a mileage driven tax as well as a gas tax.

If you want some sort of carbon tax to pay for efforts to reduce greenhouse gases.

If you are a socialist.

If you want "free" college education at state universities.

If you want student loans forgiven.

And I feel the same about NJ. I assume it zoomed right past you. But, both Feinstein and de Leon are Democrats. With de Leon to the left of Feinstein. You're commenting on national politics so my comment was a fair one.
I could care less about California... I have enough problems with the candidates in NJ. Did you study Bob Hugan? What a joke.

If Trump was elected to "drain the swamp", then why are we restocking it?

The overwhelming majority of candidates of both parties are familiar names and "part of the problem".

Yes, as there are some who will vote against scriptures and vote anti trump period!
Careful. You may correctly say that support for the Democrat platform is opposed to biblical Christian faith but except your god be President Trump (and I know this isn't the case) you cannot claim that to oppose Trump is to oppose Scripture.

No I didn’t watch it.... why should I and yea I voted . And how I voted is none of your business. If you are interested, take a look at Bob Hugan running for Senator in New Jersey

I was not asking if you voted or who you voted for, I should have made it more clear, I was speaking of "the" vote on Kavanaugh. Sounds like this Hugan is just putting on a Republican skin in hopes to ride the Trump wave against his opponent. Looks like he is all democrat at heart.

Health Care matters.
Affordable Housing matters.
Education for real jobs matters.
Retraining workers in dying industries matters.
Liberty and Justice for all matters.
Freedom of speech matters.
Hospice, end of life and quality of life discussions matter.
Incubators for entrepreneurship matter.
The role of the US Military on the world stage matters.
Investment in infrastructure matters.

All good issues that Republicans and Democrats both care about. That leaves the murder of children on demand as the sticking point. Democrats as a party platform don't care, Republicans as a party platform do care. We seen this play out in the Kavanaugh hearings. Absolutely no other reason to oppose Kavanaugh other than he might be pro-life. All of his peers both democrat and republican had nothing but praises for his judgments concerning law. Thus, apparently the democrats believe their abortion law is not sound law, otherwise, they would not fear a judge who is highly praised for following the law.

He is running as a Republican.

and how are local state elections national?

Oh, and never assume... you know the old adage about assuming don’t you? If you don’t, let me know... I would be glad to enlighten you.

So you’re saying that the Kavanaugh hearing was a moratorium. May I ask where in Pennsylvania you are from? I’m from Scranton / Wilkes.

Really, how do you know for sure?

Yes, I remember Tip O'Neal's adage, However, local elections do influence the national scene. In my case, DiFi is a senior senator and de Leon is a philosophical "bomb thrower." And this whole thread is about why should someone vote Democrat.
