I know exactly what you mean. For me, it's:
ESV
NASB95
NKJV
KJV
And I struggle with choosing a fifth Bible translation, also.
If I had to choose right now, I'd probably choose the CSB.
Despite its gender inclusive language, I appreciate the fact that they're making an effort to be more "literal," so to speak, than other, mainstream Bibles (e.g. the NIV and the NLT).
Of course, my choices are subject to change.

I use more than "favorite" translations to study the word of God.
But those that would count as 5 favorites.
KJV.
Geneva Bible.
John Darby translation.
MLV.
NKJV.

I'm so pleased to know that you use more than "favorite" translations to study the word of God. I'm so impressed!
I use the KJV, the NKJV, the Greek TR as published by the Trinitarian Bible Society, and the RST (Russian Synodical Translation).
