Assaulting someone is not standing your ground.
Broadcasting constant irrational sympathies suggesting Zimmerman has no responsibility in this for taking a young man's life along with expressing he should be set free while rejoicing for any and all shortcomings in the prosecution of this case...even those based on technicalities.
The prosecutor has been indicted for falsifying the charges. Why? Because show wanted the political support of those who were calling for the prosecution of Zimmerman. And it is obvious you do not know the facts of the case.
Yeah , right, but it didn't come down by the vehicle did it??? Martin was probably was coming to his senses when he saw he gun come out too. Too little to late on both sides; does not erase the poor judgment Zimmerman (the initiator) "is" responsible for in the first place.
Ha, I want "true" justice which you spit on because of a political agenda upon which your reasoning focuses on more of because of your own prejudices and ignorance…justice should be blind to such things…yet obviously you can’t see past it. All are created equal skips your mind in the process of justice and you speak of the Bill of Rights to defend presupposed ideas that this is a race issue and use it to express your sympathizes. LOL
Zimmerman was welcomed to the real world...take note.
Tell that to Zimmerman...
Mere speculation. I like to deal with facts, not hypotheticals, especially when the charges are this severe. You also are begging the question by suggesting that a neighborhood watch person displayed poor judgement by noticing someone he didnt think belonged in the area after recent break in's.
You did. Perhaps you didn't want to talk about the criminal behavior of a state attorney. What with her withholding evidence and all, rushing to put a man in jail for political reasons. Yeah, what he did is much worse.
Me thinks you have a personal axe to grind on this issue. Your posts seem most irrational.
Don't take it so personal Rev. I simply chose to pull the plug on the political agenda motives around here and throw a twist into your passionate ongoing debate based on a reality check that Zimmerman “truly” has some “responsibility” here which any rational person should see, but many here tend to blindly ignore because of being irrationally involved in the politics in their idea seen in their quests behind this. Have fun boys…
According to the testimony Zimmerman was returning to his vehicle when Martin became the aggressor. He wasn't merely 'standing his ground'.
776.012 Use of force in defense of person.—
A person is justified in using force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or herself or another against the other’s imminent use of unlawful force. However, a person is justified in the use of deadly force and does not have a duty to retreat if:
(1) He or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony; or
(2) Under those circumstances permitted pursuant to s. 776.013.

Facts? All I've seen is speculation and testimony you brush off as 'excuses'. This 'child' was bigger, and according to the girlfriend's testimony (if one can call it that), was a racist to boot. You REALLY believe this guy’s EXCUSES that his primary motivating factors were to be part of a neighborhood "what" program. Are you even aware of this guy’s history with 911 and that he was told by 911 to wait?!?
[horselaugh] [/horselaugh]
You REALLY buy into this guy’s EXCUSES that he that he had a change of heart and suddenly wanted to go back to his vehicle or that this justifies his actions and negates him of any responsibility here?!?
[horselaugh] [/horselaugh]
In light of you ignoring my prior argument ( http://www.baptistboard.com/showpost.php?p=2007781&postcount=46 ) concerning his true motivation of being in this situation you would REALLY attempt to proceed an argument to claim that “I” am begging the question here?!? You call MY reasoning “mere speculation” ?!?
[horselaugh] [/horselaugh]
Forget the politics and deal with the "facts" my friends. This guy should be held responsible for his poor judgment and for his actions which CAUSED the death of a child!

What testimony did she give that showed him to be a racist?
How Martin described who was following him.
Yes, I use the dreaded N-word quite often. It doesn't apply to all blacks, just to the lazy, unmotivated, give-me-a-lifelong-handout-so-I-don't-have-to-work blacks.
If the black community was one-tenth as bothered by the N-word, as they claim to be, they wouldn't use it in much of their music and constantly when referring to each other.

Rachel Jeantil said that he described Zimmerman as "a scary "a$# crack*#".

Is he, Robert Snow, a racist too?
