Tell it to Peter

1 Pet 1:3

3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

He is referring to the basis or grounds for the application of spiritual life not the MEANS by which one is born again. The Scripture explicitly over and over again defines the MEANS by which we are born again and that is Holy Spirit's power through the creative word - effectual call.

NIV Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

ESV Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

All you are doing is denying clear scripture revelation !

I am not denying the clear scripture revelation! I am denying your interpretation and explanation of the prepositions "by" and "through"! The issue is does the resurrection produce new birth at the time Christ came out of the grave and/or is the resurrection the INSTRUMENTAL MEANS used by God to birth us OR is the resurrection the BASIS and GROUNDS for new life being applied by the Holy Spirit at the point of regeneration. The latter is obviously the truth while the former is irrrational.

NO, you are denying the truth of Scripture by a twisted interpretation.
The resurrection of Christ was for all men.
"And I, if I be lifted up, I will draw all men to myself."
Not some men, but all men. His resurrection was for all men.
Those that believe on him will be saved.

Now you are being disingenuine. When you deny there can be a genine difference interpretation of the prepositions "by" and "through" in regard to basis versus means then you are no longer be objective.

Do you think by merely repeating yourself that you compensate for your inability to respond to sound exegetical arguments?????? You must prove that "by" and "through" refer to actual application of regeneration rather than the basis and grounds for regeneration and YOU CANNOT DO THAT becuase the Scripture plainly and repeatedly identify the Person of the Holy Spirit as the INSTRUMENTAL CAUSE in application of regeneration and not the resurrection of Christ nor was any kind of actual regeneration of all the elect occur at the resurrection of Christ. You are simply speaking irrational.

Deal with the language or admit you are wrong or at least incapable of answering the arguments set before you.

You must prove that the prepositons "by and "through" refer to actual application rather than the basis and grounds "for" application. You have not done that and you cannot do that and so you ignore the evidences and repeat your nonsense.

Readers, I have placed evidence before SGM that he is wrong. I have challenged him five times now to respond to the evidence and he cannot and so he simply reposts his empty rhetoric. It is not these scriptures I reject, but his intepretation of the prepositions "for" and "through"!

The question is simple, do these preposition mean the resurrection of Christ actually and literally justified the elect or do they mean the resurrection is the BASIS for justification by faith! The rest of scripture demands it is the BASIS for justification through faith as faith is "in his blood" and "resurrection" as these are both essential elements of the gospel which is the object of justifying faith.

If he continues to repeat his post let it be acknowledged that he is admitting to error or at the very minimum admitting to being totally incapable of dealing with the interpretational evidence placed repeatedly before him.

Everyone Christ died for, shall receive a New Birth by His Resurrected Life, that is what Rom 5:10m speaks to

Rom 5:10

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Jesus is the resurrection and the Life Jn 11:25

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

This resurrection Life is produced by the Holy Spirit, He Quickens, communicates that resurrection Life from the Head to the Body, and by His Agency, they are born out of Incorruptible seed, the Word of God. 1 Pet 1:23

23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

The being born again here is reference back to 1 Pet 1:3 begotten again. It's the same exact phrase in the original ! The word anagennaō:

to produce again, be born again, born anew

2) metaph. to have one's mind changed so that he lives a new life and one conformed to the will of God

This word is used twice in the NT in 1 Pet 1:3 and 1 Pet 1:23 !

This connects the New Birth of 1 Pet 1:3 with that of 1 Pet 1:23 out of the incorruptible seed, the Word of God, or the Logos of God, the Essential Word , who is Jesus Christ !

They were born out of His Resurrected Life ! By the Quickening of the Spirit 1 Cor 15:45

45And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Now I would like to see any of this refuted by scripture !

That is right, we "SHALL" receive a new birth "by" or on the basis of Christs resurrection life. The future tense "shall" places a period of time between the actual resurrection of Jesus Christ and your new birth. Hence, at the point in time when Christ rose again no one was regenerated simeltaneously with that act of resurrection but it served as the basis for the FUTURE "shall" regeneration of elect.

Let's see if you recognize your own word "shall" or repudiate it as well??

Thats correct, and Faith and Repentance are the Fruit of that New Birth. The word begotten again is 1Pet 1:3

3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, The word is:anagennaō and means:

to produce again, be born again, born anew

2) metaph. to have one's mind changed so that he lives a new life and one conformed to the will of God

That's Repentance, a change of mind. Now this is said of the New Creation, the Born Again One, the Saved One ! Only the Saved , Newly begotten Man by the Resurrection life if Christ repents at the Gospel command ! Only the Saved, newly Begotten Man Believes the Gospel of their Salvation !

Repentance or a change of mind is born out of the New Birth ! That is how God gives Repentance, by giving them a New Birth, Repentance unto Life Acts 11:18

18When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

That's who God commands to Repent Acts 17:30

30And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
