Which has nothing to do with "have the capability to freely save ourselves!"

Humans are still a special creation of God, its just that we no longer have the means within us to come to God on our own, to trust in Him by ourselves, as our fallen sin natures are now enemies of God!

No it's not. God chose to give us a choice. His plan, His design for salvation. He didn't have to do it that way but He did. If He designed that plan then your point is moot and really rather sophomoric.

You say we are enemies of God, Does that mean all mankind is unholy and unclean?

God never did save us based upon us choosing Him first though, as sinners cannot do that anymore, since the Fall!

Why would God show Peter not to call any man unholy or unclean?

Acts 10
