If you were to give an explanation of God's Covenant to a neighbor what would you explain to that person?

 

Well, that is not as easy as one would think. I would first, since many of my neighbors are atheist, establish the existence of God.
All else follows. I dare say, I am surround by many who are fools.
Psalm 14:
The fool says in his heart,

“There is no God.”
They are corrupt; their acts are vile.There is no one who does good.


If one does not believe in God then all efforts at explaining His Covenant are futile. My question to you is, how would you establish FIRST, the existence of God?

 

Well, why would one need to establish existence? I know you said, "establish the existence of God." In that approach existence is presumed, and God becomes subordinate to an uncaused existence. Which is what and who God is to start with. And as Christians, we already know God. (John 17:3; 1 John 4:7; Acts of the Apostles 17:28; Exodus 3:14; Proverbs 21:30; John 8:24) Atheists actually in denying God are denying God is God. (Uncaused Existence is uncaused existence)

Yes. That is not really an hominem. Atheists really think they are rational. But it is really irrational to deny Uncaused Existence. Which is God's fundamental identity. And the meaning behind God's Hebrew Name.

 

No, to establish in ones mind the (existence), does not make God subordinate. It makes it possible to lead another to being subordinate to Christ, who is God revealed. Of course God is , and as He said ;"I Am, that I Am".

You asked how one explains to His neighbor , the covenant of God. I am simply saying it, is not always as easy as just explaining the covenant. Not all believe, and in my case I deal with a lot of atheist. Are you asking me to explain the Covenant of God to you?

First: What is a Covenant- a covenant is agreement. This agreement is with God, a contract in which stipulates- follow all that Christ says.One is within the Covenant when he or she does not BREAK ONE stipulation and or teach others to do the same.those who do, it is to break the contract. That Contract is the ENTIRE GOSPEL of Jesus Christ. In which not one jot, not a single stroke of the pen is lost. The prophets are upheld, the covenant promise is upheld and fulfilled that was made to Abraham . And those established in Christ as honorable are to be held as such. Since, all is revealed and has come to fruition of knowledge for all who follow after , has come by them. To the first to know, that we may know they are over us (IN HEAVEN) and have labored for us all (MARY) all within that Covenant must be honored, if one is to truly be a follower of Christ, and adopted son's and daughters.

What is taught by denominations must be within that covenant.When you enter that covenant you enter into the Holy of Holies (CHRIST). Now what is in the Holy of Holies? Once you enter into Christ, Christ enters into you. It is perpetual and eternal, and transcends. You are within the Holy of Holies and the Holy of Holies is within you. So forth and so on, continual momentum.

 

In a sense. What would you explain? I know we have a different understandind of it.

That I understand to be yet future, ". . . waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. . . ." -- Romans 8:23.

Please continue, with what you would explain.

 

The adoption begins in present time within, on earth. Clearly Romans 8:23 does not contradict Ephesians but what is clear to me is you put scripture against scripture because you have no idea what adoption means. That is not yet future, it is called present, Romans is about the resurrected body, and some have already had that happen to them.

As for Romans 8:23 which is not the sum of the entirety of Romans as I said , does not contradict Ephesians your understanding does. That is why we are NOT to interpret scripture unaided by the Holy Spirit. Clearly you are not in that and He is not within you just based upon what you said. It is called architectonics , a building in design already perceived in mind which begins in spirit and those plans are putting forth FIRST the end of the matter, as the beginning of it is being formed in actual time.

I am not going to get into a long drawn out Protestant two step, of dividing scripture against scripture. To wit the redemption of our body ... Already began and continues to the last. It is a process of growth to which its end is for the perishable to put on the imperishable and the mortal to put on immortality. This happened with the Mother of Christ in a twinkling of an eye . The sacrifice that will be abolished in Israel is not the sacrifice of the abomination of desolation , performed by the synagogue of satan. satan does not cast out satan. If satan's kingdom be divided against itself it will not stand . The FINAL Sacrifice that will be abolished is the daily one KNOWN AS THE LAST SUPPER ,the celebration of the Thanksgiving ,the celebration of the EUCHARIST.

The Apostle John writes of this in this way, ". . . now are we the sons of God, . . ." And then writes, ". . . it doth not yet appear what we shall be: . . ." Stating the future promise, ". . . when he shall appear, we shall be like him; . . ." -- 1 John 3:2. Or as Paul wrote, ". . . shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, . . ." -- Philippians 3:21.

". . . Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises; . . ." -- Romans 9:4.

". . . To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. . . ." -- Galatians 4:5.

". . . Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, . . ." -- Ephesians 1:5.

My understanding of it is a minority view point. But it is how I have come to understand the term according to Scripture.

 

What comes to mind regarding the predestination, in Ephesians 1:5, ". . . Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children . . . ," is Romans 8:29, ". . . did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, . . ."

This is has become my understanding of what the adoption means (Romans 8:23; 1 John 3:2). Again, this is minority interpretation based on what the Scripture clearly teaches.

 

Ok, but where does "This happened with the Mother of Christ in a twinkling of an eye" come from? And what has that to do with understanding the Covenant of God?

 

Seriously 37818, you are just for the diluting of the gospel of Christ, nothing more and nothing less. You can take a scripture verse from here and there, ignore the full context of the letters, and make whatever you want to glean from any scripture what you want.

Discussion without full context is just pretext. What you say make no sense, but I argue that is what the spirit within you wants to convey. Not one thing you say makes any difference to the fact that the Elect are part of the New Covenant. We are baptized into that and all the tenets of Christ's doctrine must be observed. Without that , there is no future in Christ period and the future is dependent upon ones present faith in Christ PERIOD!

We do not say we have already obtained the crown at present, but without looking back we press forward to that which is ahead.
Just as the First Church did and did obtain that crown . We , today's disciples are built upon what they laid. We press forward, accomplishing each step of the way, those things in which Christ took hold of us for. We run our race in a architectonic manner, already seeing our end goal. We have that pattern in mind, by the designer. As long as we live according to the builder's plans we will succeed in obtaining the Designer's goal.

You keep on tearing down, while Christ keeps building up. You serve your father who has been the liar and destroyer from the beginning. You practice what is evident within you, a broken down foundation, with its house inhabited with unpleasant guest.

The New Covenant

This not only happened to Mother Mary at her yes to the WILL of God spoken to her at the Annunciation , she also had the Word Incarnate Himself of her flesh. This is the Architect's plan which is written upon the MIND, and HEART, and He therefore, is the LIGHT in the Soul. Christ is the Light of the world. And we shall be like Him.

First, in Mother Mary the Covenant promise made to Abraham is fulfilled. She ,brought up under the OC ( that she was obedient to) ,was brought into the New Covenant By Christ (God). Therefore, all is united in her . This is represented by the REV. 12 sign, the Woman clothed in the Sun (NEW AND BETTER COVENANT) and the Moon (LESSER COVENANT) under her feet.

At Christ's ascension He took up with Him the Ark of His strength. That means made by His hand,His strength is the Greater Covenant, and the Ark of that covenant is the Greater Ark. For that which is obsolete , is fading and soon will disappear.
Hebrews 8:13
The New Covenant
…12For I will forgive their iniquities and will remember their sins no more.” 13By speaking of a new covenant, He has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.

The OC is to disappear. What is Paul saying? We know not one jot, not one letter will be lost and will be here until the END OF TIME. Christ has not come to abolish but fulfill. The things spoken in the Law and the prophets will fade because in the new heave and new earth, there will no longer be need for Law because all will be complete and there is no sin present upon the New Earth. The New heaven , no more will there be need for God to give the gift of prophecy, tongues , healing, because all will be completely healed, sinners will not exist, so no need to prophesy and all prophecy will be complete, and all will speak ONE language The language of heaven, so no more need for the obsolete gift of tongues. Therefore, even the obsolete ark of the OC is no more. That has already been consummated to the earth through decay, which happens to all wood, even if inlaid with gold.

So the ARK OF HIS STRENGTH, is the Ark of the New And Better Covenant in Psalm 132. We know that many of the Psalms are prophetic and speak of the coming Messiah.
Psalm 132:8-9
Arise, O Lord, and go to your resting place,
you and the ark of your strength.
9 Let your priests be clothed with righteousness,
and let your saints shout for joy.


An Ark is a vessel , in which to place things. We know that Christ went to His rest in HEAVEN at His ascension. So who did Christ take with Him? We know it is not the obsolete ark made of wood.
Jeremiah 31:33
33“But this is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the LORD. I will put My law in their minds and inscribe it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they will be My people.

Who was the first of the New Covenant to have this happen? Mother Mary. Not only that ,Christ is all of which was within the OC Ark as objects, He is all of that in Living Spirit and Flesh.

Hebrews 9:4 states that the Ark contained "the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant." Revelation 11:19 says the prophet saw God's temple in heaven opened, "and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple."

Christ is the Bread which comes down from heaven:

Christ holds the Rod of God , to Him is all authority on earth and heaven given.

MATTHEW 28:18-20 And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.

To whom was all this given? Who did this all come to pass in? His Ark, it is clear she is the ARK of His
strength in Psalm 132.



His strength made it so. It happened when the Power of the Most High overshadowed Mother Mary. That power
is His strength. PERIOD! Did He arise to His rest in Heaven , YES!

This in Jeremiah proves my point that the Ark of the OC is no more. Listen to the language of it:

Invitation to Repentance

…15Then I will give you shepherds after My own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

‘The ark of the LORD’s covenant.’ It will never come to mind, and no one will remember it or miss it, nor will
another one be made. 17At that time Jerusalem will be called The Throne of the LORD, and all the nations will
be gathered in Jerusalem to honor the name of the LORD. They will no longer follow the stubbornness of their
evil hearts.…



‘The ark of the LORD’s covenant.’

In the Psalm it is called the Ark of the Lord's strength.



’ It will never come to mind, and no one will remember it or miss it, nor will another one be made.

As you can see, it says IT WILL NEVER BE MADE AGAIN, this obviously means that which is made by hu-
man hands as the OC ark was. But the Ark of HIS STRENGTH is made by the Lord Himself. It is fact, that God
made man, from the first man , He made man from the dust of the earth, so forth and so on. He said He will
write His commands not on tablets of stone , but on our minds and the flesh heart of man. By His strength, He
made Mother Mary His Ark , in which the bread of life, the rod of God's authority (Christ) would be placed, and
Become Incarnate of her flesh ( become a MAN!) She is His New and Better Covenant Ark. I must be right ,
because Jeremiah said the one made by human hands, will not be remembered, yet Rev.11, speaks of the one in
heaven.



Rev.11:19

19Then the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple. And
there were flashes

of lightning, and rumblings, and peals of thunder, and an earthquake, and a great hailstorm.



So which ark is Jeremiah speaking of ? ANSWER obviously the OC Ark made by human hands.

Which ark is Rev. speaking of and the Psalm? ANSWER: The one of Christ strength, made of the Lord's Hands.



CONCLUSION: 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for doctrine, for reproof,
for correction, and

for training in righteousness,

We are given the equations to everything in the Word of God. We are allowed to build upon the foundation ,
but we must be careful how we build. We can form doctrines from the equations of the scriptures. The scrip-
tures therefore , are the sum of all things built as well. For we are the stones and building of the heavenly
Jerusalem.Our doctrines make us part of that building as long as they are not hay , wood or straw.



Instead of automatically assuming the "TWO" you all condemn as having everything wrong, consider the thou-
sand plus hundreds to your 500 hundred years that they have been in existence. They have some minor things wrong (They need
tweaks), but you and your people have A LOT WRONG, concerning already formed doctrines. As for the Har-
lot, every true Christian in the catholic Church knows the hierarchy is guilty of that. That is why we are called
out, and are not to support its harlotry. But you people seek to simply destroy truth. Like the last supper, bap-
tism by water etc....You will too burn with your harlot mother, unless you repent. Then you will be given your
New Mother, Mother Mary.



Mother Mary is the Theotokos, The Ark of the New and better covenant.

 

Ok. I believe in what is called the "simplicity that is in Christ" (2 Corinthians 11:3). So what in the gospel of Christ did I dilute? Please cite what I said to do this.
