You know those three vaxes work totally different and provide a totally different degree of immunity.

Not necessarily as easy (data suggests there is an early time frame where antibodies prevent infection and later on a lower viral load....but this changes with time....just like with covid survivers but perhaps with a shorter time frame.

A study showed lower antibodies after time (so the vaccinated could be contageous) but also a higher t cell count (covid survivers had diminished t cells) preventing serious illnesses in most cases.

The article @Revmitchell posted (the Duke article) demonstrated this well. They had over 300 vaccinated covid positive cases - most asymptomatic and none hospitalized.

This means the danger, at least to the uncaccinated, could very well be the vaccinated.

The unvaxed do not put you at risk.

Your compromised immune system is putting you at risk. You have to take precautions to protect yourself. You cannot expect everyone else to take the precautions for you.

Comparing those who decide not to be vaccinated to people with STD’s is disgusting and simply not true.

    peace to you

The good news is your odds of getting serious ill is lower. The bad news is the odds of a breakthrough case is greater the older we are.

Perhaps it is disgusting, but it is true.

If one gets the COVID and are responsible for passing it to others, and have not taken the responsible actions that are FREE to the public, then it is just as egregious as knowingly passing on an STD.

    It should be a crime.

Good point. People are placing what they interpret as "liberty" over responsibility and are paying the consequences. The problem is we are all paying the consequences for their neglect as they keep the virus going (and changing) while taking up medical resources.

But it is not necessarily their fault. There is do much misinformation out there people do not know what to believe do they just pick the "truth" that settles their fears.

Phil Vakebtine did this. He replied on the "truth" that covid was exaggerated, he would most likely not get it, the vaccine was useless, and if he got covid it would be like a flu. Now he is dead for his mistake. And he is only one of thousands.

The custodian at my wife's school had the same opinion. He was admitted to the hospital about 2 weeks ago and is not doing well (pray for him). He is not on a ventilator but may be headed on that direction.

At my job we had 4 die over the past 2 months (and several are hospitalized). We have lost 5 children in our schools and more teachers.

The unvaxed took good faith measures to not become asymptomatic spreaders.

So you are saying it doesn't matter if the vax stops spread or not, just do it because it "feels good" to try something.

If your premise is true it works both ways. Additionally, if you catch COVID from a vaccinated person and die, you will be just as dead as if you caught it from an unvaccinated person.

You Agedman are also uneducated as to just what this vaccine actually does or does not do.

There is a fundamental difference though. One man encourages you to get the vaccine, the other attacks you and then forces it on you.

Is that not the same as all the children vaccines that must be taken prior to entering a public or private school? Yet, very very few even think of contending much less refusing.

Again, you are comparing apples and oranges. There are no national mandates for those vaccines. It is up to the state. That being said, there are VERY FEW states where you cannot get an exemption from the vaccines for personal or religious beliefs.

Also, those vaccines have been around for decades. We know the long-term effects. We do not know that for the Covid vaccines.

Oh BTW, Thank You Joe Biden for your speech the other day clarifying your intent to strong arm these vaccines. What that did was enraged my lovely wife into renouncing her prior allegiance to you and your Democratic Party. Please feel free to keep up stepping on yourself. Let’s see if you can turn my son and family into staunch liberty loving US citizens while you are at it. The guys down at the VA send they’re regards. I can’t express the words which all go like F*in Biden, that sob & Freakin butt mole he is a f’cup :Thumbsup :Tongue:Tongue:Tongue Well you know … most come from enlisted. Come on over, we will buy you a beer and really tell you what we think of you.:Laugh

And most of them are inoculations (implying healing agent). This vaccine heals only your imagination. It does have a tendency to make you asymptomatic. Inoculation in theory, not practicality.

No, the botched pullout of military, the inflationary creep, the vaccine mandate blah blah. That repeated stupidity tends to change ones mind.

Only the lazy and uninformed. Also those who contributed time in Afghanistan have really clear mind sets. No patriot I've ever known will sit back and take that lying down. Freedom must be defended.
