And God punishes with eternal damnation, those He did not give this "Gift of faith" to, so that they can believe and be saved? This is what is known as UNBIBLICAL!

When a sinner is JUSTIFIED with God, is the SAME TIME that they are SAVED! There is NO time lapse between the two.

    Ephesians 1:13

"In Him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in Whom, upon believing, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit"

It is the EXACT TIME when the sinner REPENTS and BELIEVES, that there are BORN AGAIN, "sealed with the promised Holy Spirit".

    "SavedByGrace,
(Reformed/Calvinistic "theology" when it comes to the Doctrine of Salvation, is VERY CONFUSING, )

It is to people who blame God, for the sin of man.
When Adam fell he plunged man into the realm of sin and death.
Reality is confusing to natural man as sin has corrupted and perverted his spirit, and darkened his understanding.Eph2 explains this.
When God draws those persons elected before the world was, they get their mind restored , like the demoniac who was healed, but then was sitting, clothed, and in his right mind.

Jesus cast out religious demons several times. In luke4:33-37.
Earlier Jesus preached the doctrine of election in lk4.:25-29...and those religious people hated the Lord and His word...hated to a point of being filled with wrath.
He could has said whosoever will may come all day long, but they hated Him and the Truth He preached.

Yes.Religious people lash out when they cannot welcome truth offered.
That is why a new heart is neccessary.
When people are taught error as truth,
They will attempt to hold on to such error thinking they are defending the bible that is why it is written they oppose themself2tim.2:24-26

I am sorry but I cannot "help you out" of your view of scripture. I have tried. Our future bodily redemption is described in Romans 8:23. As you know, salvation has three aspects, our past positional sanctification (being placed into Christ) our current progressive sanctification (being conformed to the image of Christ) and our future ultimate sanctification (our bodily redemption).

There is a verse in the Bible to prove every teaching out there.
Which dispensation/age are you quoting from?

Well SBG, I wasn't finished. I have spent most of my life not as a Calvinist. I have had people tell me "At least I had sense enough to get saved", I have been "soul winning" with a guy who I saw reach out and grab a prospects hand as he asked him to "take my hand if you accept Jesus", I have heard pastors say to a young person as far as getting saved "they better take care of that", I have been through invitations that were an emotional buildup from largely a patriotic war story or a story about someone's mom. I have been in a Sunday school class where they had a calendar of "spiritual birthdays" where if you ever worried about your salvation all you had to to was look at the chart. I have seen missionaries who literally wept because some tribal elder could not understand the gospel and they personally thought it was their fault that he was going to Hell because they couldn't learn the language before he died. I know a lot of people who went forward years ago, live exactly like the world, no change in their lives and believe their action saved them.

I try to be fair and admit things that I as a person with no formal theological training have difficulty understanding in the Calvinistic system. You then take that and try to sucker punch the Calvinists on here.

being conformed to the image of Christ, in context, is not sanctification, as is commonly preached; but it is the adoption/bodily resurrection whereupon we take on the physical image of Christ.

But I agree with you in essence.

Dude, you FAIL to take into account the conversation between Jesus Christ, and the Jews who wanted to murder Him, in John chapter 5. Jesus, in speaking to these, says, "“Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. Most certainly I tell you, the hour comes, and now is, when the dead will hear the Son of God’s voice; and those who hear will live." (24-25); "But the testimony which I receive is not from man. However, I say these things that you may be saved" (34); "“You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me. Yet you will not come to me, that you may have life" (39-40)

ALL of these words are directed to these Jews who wanted to murder Jesus!!! Yet, you reformed will continue to DISTORT and WREST what the Bible actually says, to support your unbiblical NONSENSE!!!

There are some here, like @canadyjd, who cannot respond from the Bible to TRUTH, as in the OP, who make serious discussions as funny! Shows their lack of real depth in understanding of Bible TRUTH!

Simply because there are those from your camp on here, who continue to DISTORT what the Bible teaches, and to post LIES against those who disagree with you, like I have dealt with in the OP.

Calvinism on Salvation is HERESY, pure and simple!

Yes, I agree being conformed might not point to progressive sanctification, but growing more "Christ-like" and becoming a better servant does fit with scripture. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8
