Well, think about this.
All I can say is what the Bible says.
The Bible says in Genesis 4:1 that Adam and Eve had marital relations, and she conceived and she bore Cain. Genesis 4:2 says that she bore again. and had Abel. That's twins.
One conception, two births = twins.
Genesis 25 - Jacob and Esau - ONE conception, two births. Twins.
Genesis 29 - Leah, the unloved had six sons with Jacob - SIX conceptions directly stated and six sons.
Genesis 38 - Judah and Tamar only slept together once. One conception. Two births. Twins.
It's quite possible that Cain and Abel were twins. And maybe they weren't. But it makes you think.
From Matt 1:25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son:
Could Eve have been with child when taken from Adam?
Prov 30:20 Such
is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.
Could she have been eating with Adam, thus the twins? Or should I say simultaneous births?
Think about what she said when Cain was born.
Gen 4:1 And the man knew Eve his wife, and she conceiveth and beareth Cain, and saith, 'I have gotten a man by Jehovah;'
Considering the following was foreordained
before the foundation of the world?
and when the fulness of time did come, God sent forth His Son, come of a woman, come under law, that those under law he may redeem, that the adoption of sons we may receive;
