    Faith vs Faith and Repentance

dude, You have a serious identification issue. You think God withholds his offer of salvation of people. You think you are special. hence God chose to allow you to be saved. You think God is prety much a puppet master. and not a loving, caring, just and righteous God that he is. We are saved by...

    Faith vs Faith and Repentance

nope. We are saved by grace THROUGH FAITH God will not force anyone to believe. or prevent anyone from believing Stop thinking so highly of yourself that God chose you and not others.

    Faith vs Faith and Repentance

just because one repents does not mean they will have faith is what is required to trust God to save them. But NO ONE will have saving faith UNTIL they first repent. No one is made alive until the penalty of sin is removed. Not sure where people get this idea God will overrule his justice and...

    Faith vs Faith and Repentance

look at it this way Unless one repents. they will never have faith. we must repent if we are to even consider having faith. As long as we remain in a state of unbelief, we will never trust.

    I am neither C vs A

To me totally depraved means we can do no good. It does not mean we can not see our depraved heart and realise we need a savior.. so which I believe we are depraved (can do not good) I do not believe we can not respond to Gods calling and gift Unconditional election I believe states God did not...

    Immersion

I would be more worried about adding a work of man to the gospel. Its no different than adding circumcision to the gospel. Both were commanded by God. But it is the spiritual circumcision/baptism which saved. not the physical. Nothing in mark 16 states that is water baptism, in fact. since...

    Immersion

    we agree

    Immersion

Yes I agree However. being baptized in water is obedience to Gods command. like obeying any command. It is not special. Sadly people want to make it required to be saved when it is not.. the baptism by God is what washes us and saves us.

    Immersion

this is wrong. To immerse is the defenition. In water is just one of the many things that one can be immersed in. one can be immersed or plunged into or placed into many things..
  10. E

    Immersion

It says they were baptized (immersed) INTO Christ, and INTO his death it does not say they were Immersed in water it is the immersion or placing into christ that brings us newness of life. not water

As an Arminian, why did you believe?

I do not think personality has anything to do with it. People from all walks of life and personalities have come to Christ. I think God knows who will respond to him. and he knows how and what will get them to respond. and he works in their life to get that response. I also thinks he knows who...

Those who deny the general redemption.

You still have to CHOSE to have faith. God ain’t going to force it on you.

Those who deny the general redemption.

Yes grace is a gift.. But personal salvation is a result of that faith. Because without Gods grace all the faith in the world would not matter.

Those who deny the general redemption.

Your the one being evasive my friend. You claimed i said people die in their sins. I did not I have proven you misrepresented me multiple times. And you keep trying to blame it on me You also know I am not a universalist.. Repent of misrepresenting me, or keep denying it. And show you are...

Those who deny the general redemption.

You need to keep reading God saved us buy grace THROUGH FAITH. Without faith. there is no salvation. there is no rebirth, their is no anything. A person is still in unbelief, and as such, condemned.
  16. E

Those who deny the general redemption.

This is what I said Your the one who has a reading issue my friend.. Not me
  17. E

Those who deny the general redemption.

there you are being dishonest again. since when does the word unbelief = the word sin. You claimed I said people die in their sins. I never said that..
  18. E

Those who deny the general redemption.

You are born dead. born in unbelief. when you repent, You have stopped unbelieving, and have become a believer. and you move from a condemned state to a not condemned state
  19. E

Those who deny the general redemption.

My friend, Please stop misrepresenting me They did not die for their sins, I never stated that. they died because of unbelief. you keep adding the word sin. Jesus did not use the word sin in John 3
