Republicans Just need to learn how to treat women

So what's your point, then, Rev?

Republicans Just need to learn how to treat women

So Tod Akin never opened his mouth then? We dreamed it all.

Republicans Just need to learn how to treat women

None of which is of relevance to the point supposedly made by the OP - the individuals depicted therein and their partners were all consenting adults. When we are talking about rape, we are talking about non-consensual sex. Do you see the difference? If not, perhaps you need to address the RNC...

Republicans Just need to learn how to treat women

So what was the supposed point of your OP, if not that? Or did you not have a point?

Republicans Just need to learn how to treat women

Hmmm...I fail to see how three Democrats having consensual - albeit immoral - s*x with consenting women has any bearing on the very serious issue of the attitude towards rape voiced by one or two Republicans; the latter, because it is about non-consensual s*x, is far more of a serious matter.

    About Todd Akin

Interestingly, the law in England and Wales does make something of a distinction.

Vassal? No idea what you mean by that but your craven dodging of The question demonstrates the utter moral bankruptcy of your disgusting position

    About Todd Akin

And it is pedophilia. I'm interested as to whether Aaron thinks that a 12 year old girl victim of pedophilia is a 'whore'.

    About Todd Akin

Um...I think I supported you with my comment that it was sexual predation and that it would apply equally if it was a 45-year old 'cougar ' seducing a 15-year old boy.

Texas judge warns of possible ‘civil war’ if President Obama is re-elected

Pretty irresponsible comments for a judge to make. He should consider his position.

People who don't know where babies come from don't need serve in Congress.

I notice you fail to pass comment on the action of the man is such as case. Why is that? I would call it sexual predation of a minor. And, in case you want to play your ludicrous 'politics of women' card again, I would call it that in the case of a 45-year old 'cougar' seducing a 15-year old...

No, it's about treating your fellow human beings with respect. Sorry that you can't see that.

Abortion in the cases of rape

I'm with Scarlett O. and MK on this one, by and large. I would only support the legality of abortion if the life of the mother was in danger eg: here

What Scarlett O. said. Likewise, as it happens, I share Akin-braincells' views on abortion (probably about the only thing I have in common with him) but the anti-abortion cause does itself no favours whatsoever by - it seems - increasingly having spokespersons like him; the likes of him threaten...

The idea originated with Galen. It is obviously unscientific. The scary thing is that this guy was elected to Congress. I just hope he doesn't discredit the Republican Party.

Ah, it's just mind over matter! Throw away all that birth control paraphernalia!! Just concentrate... [Talking of birth control, what a shame Akin's parents failed to use any...]

Oh, so that's alright then. I'm surprised you're able to discern that meaning through his offensive cack-handedness, but it makes no difference to the biological ignorance of the anti-science know-nothing that is Todd Akin.

Hmmm....you were - unwittingly I suspect - more right first time round with the first statement: rape is anything to do with sexual intercourse that a woman doesn't want. And quite right too.
