Has Mr. Pearl ever been in the military? He makes some erroneous statements regarding the military; such as Chapter 7: "The military uses real bullets in training the men to avoid enemy fire." No they don't. Unless he's talking about back during WWII or earlier...but especially earlier, bullets...

Bingo! The bible app I use allows me to make notes for verses, or keep a journal of particular topics where I group verses, or even work on sermon outlines...and it's interesting to go back through and click on the notes and see what I've gotten from different pastors at different churches and...

I'm gonna ask this again, pointing directly at Ann and ThisNumber, since they've read the book - does Pearl advocate a reward system for correct/acceptable behavior? Or is it purely conditioning/disciplinary?

Hopefully he'll be convicted of the criminal activity...but having lived in that communistic state, praise God they didn't get stupid and uphold the weapons charge....

I'm one of those ones that's going to "militantly" defend themselves. How dare you dictate the terms of my bible reading and studying? Do you have any--ANY--idea how handy that "electronic" version comes in when you hear a pastor make a statement about a passage, and you can quickly look...

While those sites are good for a lot of typical jobs - take a look around where you live. Is there a company that you might be interested in? Find their website, and see if they have a "Careers" or "Employment" section, and see what jobs they're advertising -- that they might not be advertising...
