God the Father gave glory to God the Son before the foundation of the world, John 17:24
God the Father chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, Ephesians 1:4
God the Son was foreknown before the foundation of the world as the Lamb of God, 1 Peter 1:19-20

And yet again, Ephesians 1:4 cannot refer to individual elections because 1 Peter 2:9-10 precludes that we were chosen as a people before we were "not a people."

This letter's audience included both Jews and Gentiles, thus the claim it was written exclusively to Gentiles, is simply a false claim. The extensive use of OT imagery supports the idea that a significant portion of the intended audience was Jewish. Obviously both Jews and Gentiles comprised the audience which had been "called out of darkness into His marvelous light."

 

So God is clueless about who he will choose until the individual demonstrates faith, which then activates God to choose them.

Calvinists believe God is all knowing, and that salvation is all of God and not of those being saved. I certainly agree.
