You can speak out against corruption based on the Ten Commandments alone. You don't nee politics.

So it's bad to violate the 10 commandments, unless you do it politically. Then it's okay. Ouch! How did you fall into this?

Which came first? The Ten Commandments or America's political landscape?

Nations and governments actually preceded the 10 commandments. God back and read Genesis 10. The nations were created by God, and their governments ordained by God (Romans 13). They were given authority and a specific purpose.

Where does the Bible say this?
“But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these things defile a person. For out of the heart come evil ideas, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. These are the things that defile a person; it is not eating with unwashed hands that defiles a person.”” (Matthew 15:18–20) (NET)

Where do you see the early Church embracing political views?

Where do you see them preaching political neutrality?

I see Paul speaking about politics in Romans 13. He also referred to his Roman citizenship often, and even used Roman law to rebuke his jailers.
