True grace would mean ruiz would stand in their place and give someone his citizenship and he would go to Mexico and work to get in legally. Godly Grace always recognizes the law and works with it rather than side stepping it.
What if the law is immoral and/or unjust?
Who determines if a law is immoral and/or unjust?
For example is it justice to have parking spots designated only for handicap individuals
Definition of justice # 1 = being fair
So who determines it is fair for someone to get a close parking spot. The "justification" is that it is hard for them to walk - okay - then if you are using an electric wheelchair - then should that individual have priority over a cripple without a wheel chair?
How bout a 9 month pregnant women with 3 additional young children- why shouldn't she be allowed to park in a handicap parking spot.
And then there is the fine. In New York, the fine for parking in a handicap spot is about $100. Is that justice - especially when parking in front of a fire hydrant is only half the amount?
So who determines justice
Salty, interesting comment. I'll start a new thread to continue this as it bring up a philosophical topic not, IMHO, called for in the OP.
