So pastors and bible teachers who are doing known sins should just be allowed on their merry way, as none are "good enough" to challege their behavior?

You excuse yourself having a merry way by claiming your sins are "unknown". But you seek to judge others claiming their sins are "known"!!

Except the sinless Christ who else is good enough? Read John 8:7. Worship Christ alone. Don't worship yourself.

All churches need to especially watch over those in spiritual authority and leadership!
If I refuse to deal with known sin issues confronted over, a problem. but if say a well known pastor /teacher refuses, really bid issues!

When you judge a person for not stopping to commit adultery and you have not stopped committing sins according to God's requirement in Mathew 5:48, don't come seeking grace for forgiveness. Why? It's because you have not forgiven them but rather kicked them out of the church for not stopping to commit adultery while you either haven't stopped committing sin according to God's requirement in Mathew 5:48! God will not forgive you! Don't deceive yourself.

Given the fact that only 1, or now 2 people only have actually addressed the OP, I take it that most Calvinists have not ever thought upon the issue as presented in the OP?
Still thinking through it.

Interesting question, wondering is perseverance is corporate or individual instead of wondering if election is corporate or individual.

Hebrews 10:14: "For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified".

Through faith in Christ's blood, I am spiritually perfect.
This verse is for the millennium. In other words it hasn't happened yet.

You very well know you are not sinless according to Mathew 5:48. How then do you excuse yourself from being kicked out of the church claiming your sins are "unknown"? People are observing the stupidity of your replies!!!
Those placed in positions of spiritual authority must confess and forsake known sin when confronted!

Are you recleaned to the position where you become sinless?
What do you mean by recleaned when you simultaneously claim you can never be "sinless"? Don't utter nonsense.

When you claim you can never be "sinless", how do you say you keep fellowship with the Father by your "false claim" of being "recleaned"?

Don't be a hypocrite by denying grace through Christ's blood as the only means christians can gave fellowship with the Father. Are you ashamed to acknowledge His grace because of your pride in your false state of being recleaned?

Live holy but don't think you can ever be clean in order to have fellowship with the Father. "Your cleaned state" is not the way to fellowship with the Father but rather the "perfectly clean Christ" is the way to fellowship with the Father. Strive to live holy but don't worship your cleaned state! Worship Christ!
Is the Church required to exercise discipline to its members or not?

The question was what should the church do with leaders shacking up together, correct?

So the church should not seek to have those in spiritual authority stop commuting fornication?

Why do you eisegete the word millenium into Hebrews 10:14 when God's word says He has already sanctified us by faith according to Acts 15:9: "He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith"?

We already know what God does with pharisee's hypocrite's like you. You claim you do not commit sin making God to be a Liar
1Jn_1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1Jn 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Do confessions of sins make a person sinless that he no longer needs the grace given through Christ's atonement to have fellowship with God?

Your question does not make sense.
Three truths about forgivness of sins by the grace of God.
1. Full and the complete forgiveness, Hebrews 8:12.
2. The believer's sinless standing in Christ, not being under the Law, 2 Corinthians 5:21, 1 John 3:4, Romans 4:15, Romans 6:14, 1 John 3:6.
3. Practical forgivness and cleansing from sin, 1 John 1:9.

You first seek to stop disobeying God's commandment in Mathew 5: 48. Don't keep talking about others in a stupid manner!
So your answer is still until we get perfect, cannot judge sinful behaviors of those in leadership?
