… and whether what they offer to THE ONLY GOD is indeed “worship”.Yahweh or Allah? Then they might not be the same God.
Depends whether Allah is the Name or term Th'God, the God.
My first poll answer was, No.

According to Islam;
1. God has no Son, and
2. God is not love.
Immediately with #1, he is a different deity.

The Old Testament Israelites didn’t believe in the Trinity, were they worshipping a different God?
Take time to really reflect on it, don’t be rash and lazy making snap determinations.
Read Paul and his approach to the pagan Greeks, speaking of the unknown God.
This is Paul talking to pagans.
Acts 17:22-31 [NASB]
22 So Paul stood in the midst of the Areopagus and said, "Men of Athens, I see that you are very religious in all respects. 23 "For while I was passing through and examining the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with this inscription, 'TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.' Therefore, what you worship in ignorance, this I proclaim to you. 24 "The God who made the world and everything that is in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made by hands; 25 nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all [people] life and breath and all things; 26 and He made from one [man] every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined [their] appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, 27 that they would seek God, if perhaps they might feel around for Him and find [Him,] though He is not far from each one of us; 28 for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, 'For we also are His descendants.' 29 "Therefore, since we are the descendants of God, we ought not to think that the Divine [Nature] is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by human skill and thought. 30 "So having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now proclaiming to mankind that all people everywhere are to repent, 31 because He has set a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all people by raising Him from the dead."
… God formerly overlooked in times of ignorance, but the times of ignorance have passed, so men are now responsible for the TRUTH revealed and judged accordingly:
John 3:16-18 [NASB]
16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. 17 "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him. 18 "The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
You have a low opinion of the truth of God.You are militating a position and not thinking.
Why was Paul telling “ pagans “ that they were worshipping God as the “ unknown God “.
Man, real thinkers are truly rare in this world. Just hard fast trash determinations.

The God I serve has a Son. Who revealed Himself in many ways and methods. To deny the Son is antichrist. The Old Testament Israelites didn’t believe in the Trinity, were they worshipping a different God?
