Merry Christmas Everyone!
Ah, peace and quiet, finally! Presents are unwrapped(I got dangley pearl earings), dinner has been cooked and eaten and the kids are busy playing with their loot!
I don't think the older two kids slept much last night. They went to bed early but woke up at midnight and wanted to open presents!

I sent them back to bed but then Bitsy came down and got in bed with me because she said the other two were being mean to her. Son wanted her to come back upstairs, but I'd had enough at this point and sent him back upstairs by himself(well Precious was up there too but she wasn't getting into their arguement). We finally let them drag us up at 4:30, lured by promises of coffee made and delivered to us.
By this time, Precious was getting good and sick. She has caught T's gunk and so have I. We opened presents and went back to bed! Woke back up at 8 intending to go to church and Precious couldn't breath or swallow. By the time I got her settled down and comfortable again church was starting.

It probably wouldn't have been very wise to take her out in the damp cold we have here today, but I wanted to go to church!
Found out that all the fuss during the night was from Son who thought Santa had only left him two presents and neither seemed to be what he had asked for! He didn't tell T and I though, cause that wouldn't have been manly! Instead he kept his sisters awake worrying.

He is now occupied with exactly what he asked for. It had all been wrapped in one package as it was all related. He actually had three packages under the tree, but since they are not allowed to touch them before we get up he didn't see one of them! Poor kid! All that worrying for nothing. He's kind of embarassed about it, too.
Oops, I've just been informed that Son is not playing, but is asleep on the couch with T. That long night must have caught up with him. Precious just came in and plopped on my bed and said she was going nap also. That just leaves me and Bitsy and we're both playing around on the computer. She got a new game from Santa.
Hope everyone has had as nice a day as we!
