I didn’t give “my position” but gave you the context of the use of “in Him.”yes I’m well aware of what your position is
Would you care to share your thinking on how this verse should be considered any differently then what is presented by my post?

Yes we definitely disagree there.you have to be “ in Him” before you are elect hence corporate election
I'd like very much to see your proof you are in fact elect.. It seems you make this claim in ignorance. By the way it is you who are in error because yu can't prove you are elect You have no such proof and never will. Want to know why? Because you have no scripture that says any Gentile is elect.Do you believe that you are elect? Or do you, in error, like MB, think that only applies to Jews?
Prove it? A disagreement doesn't mean squat with out reason. No where in scripture is unconditional election ever described there fore it's not truee.Yes we definitely disagree there.

It says Chosen In Him before the foundation of the world. Doesn't say we have to be in him before we are chosen.Prove it? A disagreement doesn't mean squat with out reason. No where in scripture is unconditional election ever described there fore it's not truee.

No you just tried to claim we aren't in Him or don't have to be in Himwhen we are chosen for Salvation.Like I said you have a reading problemI did not say it doesn't say In Him. Guess I'm not the one who can't read.
Yet another claim of mind reading being used to contradict Paul's written words...Paul and the reformers did not see Psa as being false doctrine!
Yet another false claim, as I have explained this fact multiple times. Ask yourselves, why can't the Calvinism defenders even quote my explanation? Why instead to they post obvious falsehood? Go figure...How? Explain. You can't.

Calvinists simply post denial, followed by false claims. Not that I claim to be a Calvinist, .
Well, you really didn’t address my post did you?Calvinists simply post denial, followed by false claims.
Ephesians 1:4 refers to a corporate election not an individual election. Why? Because 1 Peter 2:9-10 says those saved existed as not a people. Therefore they could not have been chosen individually before creation, because if they had been, then they would have never existed as not a people.
The only response will be "taint so" and so forth.
Yet another you, you, you post addressing a poster and running from the topic. This, folks, is all they have.Well, you really didn’t address my post did you?
SNIP
Considering it says we were chosen before the foundation of the world, are you saying we are in him before we are even born? Therefore also being in him before we are even saved? No you just tried to claim we aren't in Him or don't have to be in Himwhen we are chosen for Salvation.Like I said you have a reading problem

Why can't you just give the explanation instead of rambling on and on?Yet another false claim, as I have explained this fact multiple times. Ask yourselves, why can't the Calvinism defenders even quote my explanation? Why instead to they post obvious falsehood? Go figure...
Calvinists simply false charges, followed by false claims. Why can't you just give the explanation instead of rambling on and on?
