Is unbelief a sin? Most Christians would say yes. however I do believe Jesus died for all sins including 'unbelief ' ( And no im not a universalist )
Does the bible say that unbelievers are paying for their sins in hell for example ?
Does the bible say
Christ died for
1) all the sins of all men
2) all the sins of some men
3) some of the sins of all men
thoughts ?

Mat_12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
BLASPHE'ME, v.t. [Gr. The first syllable is the same as in blame, blasme, denoting injury; L. loedo, loesus; The last syllable is the Gr.,to speak.]
1. To speak of the Supreme Being in terms of impious irreverence; to revile or speak reproachfully of God, or the Holy Spirit. 1 Ki 21. Mark 3.
2. To speak evil of; to utter abuse or calumny against; to speak reproachfully of.

I liken this unforgivable sin to blaming the Holy Spirit for some evil. Such as the saying "God made me do it" Or like some say " God tempted me to do this evil"

The rejection of Christ is sin but it is forgivable

2) all the sins of some men... Brother Glen:)

John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.

6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

Would you say this is unbelief? I see this as specifically at that time they accused Jesus of doing miracles by the devil ? also would you say that we were all unbelieving before we believed? Even to the point we see today folks blaspheming before being saved .

Do people who at first reject Christ not later accept christ ?

Unbelief is a sin, and yes, Christ died to free us from the bondage of sin - to include (perhaps especially) "unbelief".

would you say Jesus died for and payed for the sin of unbelief even for those that are in Hell ?
Jesus is the Propitiation for ALL human sin. I do not believe your question corresponds with biblical salvation.

Heaven and Hell are in the future. There is no one in Hell (the Lake of Fire) today.

Your right well I see this order so much I jumped to the wrong conclusion... I think this is what you want but notice that it says these were enemies of the gospel in unbelief but it did not say they were not saved... They were beloved because of the Father and if they beloved of the Father, they are elect and if they are elect, they are in the some men, not all men included within the Adamic race that Jesus came to save... Now lets get to it!... Brother Glen:)

Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.

11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

I do not believe "paid for" is correct. I also double that we can identify a group of people or a set of sins. Christ is the Propitiation for the sins of the whole world.

" And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9 of sin, because they believe not on me;
10 of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
11 of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged."
( John 16:8-11 ).
