“For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.” Acts 3:22–23 (KJV 1900)

So how does that help replacement theology? No one here ever said that there is salvation in Judaism since Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead.

This is the problem. Ezekiel's temple passage rejects this and replaces Christianity with Judaism. People try to symbolize it but it is literal.

Where does Ezekiel replace Christians as God's chosen people. You are illogical. Furthermore, gentiles are not the apple of God's eye.

There is no such thing as replacement theology. The Church has always been the Church. In Romans God removed the unbelievers. But the Church remains Israel, called the Congregation of the Lord in the OT.

Garbage. The church started when the synagogue ended.

Not so. Gentiles will never be the apple of God's eye. Gentiles are adopted. Preterism has an Achilles heel on this notion that Israel has been replaced. Preterism is not the root.
I'm Amillennial. Abel belongs to the same church as I do. As does Moses and Isaiah;

“This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:” Acts 7:38 (KJV 1900)

You are a gentile and you never went to the Temple in Jerusalem. You will never be the apple of God's eye because there is only one and it ain't gentiles and never has been. In fact, you need a passport to go to Jerusalem.

Did you know today Pagan Israel exists only because they rejected Jesus? The true Israel remained in accepting him. Also pagan Israel says Jesus is boiling in hell in feces. So John considers them Antichrists because they deny Jesus the Messiah came in the flesh. But any of them who accept Christ will be reattached to biblical Israel.

So what does that have to do with your being a gentile forever?

“For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:” Romans 2:28 (KJV 1900)

“But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” Romans 2:29 (KJV 1900)

[Galatians 3:23-29 NASB] 23 But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, being shut up to the faith which was later to be revealed. 24 Therefore the Law has become our tutor [to lead us] to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith. 25 But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's descendants, heirs according to promise.
  • Was the Church in Galatia comprised of only Jews and no Gentiles?
    • ... because "WE were kept in custody under the law" which became "OUR tutor" so that "WE may be justified by faith" and "WE are no longer under a tutor".
    • [and excluding Paul, the author] ... "(WE) are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus" and "clothed (OURSELVES) with Christ" and "there is neither Jew nor Greek".
    • ... "if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's descendants, heirs according to promise."
  • There IS only one "apple of God's eye", and His name is Jesus Christ!
    • ... "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased." [Matthew 3:17]

Do you just make stuff up? Zechariah 2:8 (KJV) For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.

Dave, were you born a Jew or a gentile?

= the Church aka Israel. Not pagan Israel.

Sorry, Charlie, that is not what the verse means. You are twisting Scripture--naughty, naughty.

All are born gentiles. Circumcision made one a Jew until Christ abolished it on the cross.

Well, Dave, you are a gentile and you are not so high and mighty afterall then, are you? Guess you do need a passport to go to Jerusalem, huh? You might be welcome at the Vatican....

“And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.” Genesis 17:14 (KJV 1900) = the uncircumcised remained gentiles.

Yeah, well I am not worrying about that stuff because it is null and void, which a gentile like you say that you are should know.
