This is a terrible statement to make to someone. Very arrogant and quite sad.

But I guess what has been said to me here is okay with you, and the ones who said it get a pass.

That's what is quite sad -- and quite telling about you. But I have found that selective reading and selective condemnation on here is a common occurrence, so I am not surprised at your comment.

Lots of stuff posted in this thread has been really sad and arrogant, but your statement was easily the worst. That is why it got pulled out from the rest.

The fact that you would rather discuss whether it is opinion or fact when it is pointed out rather than apologize for such a terrible statement is quite telling about you.

I'll apologize when I get apologized to. I don't see that happening, though.

And your selective condemnation is quite telling about you; gives me reason to avoid communication with you.

Let's go back to the first page of this thread. You are the one that told others on this thread that they were in sin. You were the one that said they needed to repent. Every other comment has been a rebuttal for your comments. You started the problem. Instead of just debating the topic, you made it personal. You are the one that resorted to low blows. Get off your high house Wrenn, you don't look pretty up there.

Here's what he said:

You are in sin because of what you said.

One day there will be a lot of shame and repentance by many for this same thing.

I do agree with you Matt.

Isn't it about time we all hurling accusations at one another and get back to the real point of the OP?? :tear:

If a woman is preaching, then it is not a New-Testament church. Refusing to go would not be forsaking any gathering of the saints. You could have a true service anywhere two or more are gathered in His name.

I don't understand your question. But my statement stands. If you read the New Testament, you should have few questions on what qualifies as an obediant church.

The Lord will have the final say on female Chaplains and females in ministry in general, not man.

He already has had His say and He said "No". The problem is liberal theologians who refuse to take God at His Word and try to excuse away the verses that don't fit their humanist agenda.

You seem to be suggesting that the gender of a NT church has been established by God as a distinguishing mark of a NT church. So I'm asking, What are these marks and how a women preacher violates?
