I started this thread a few days ago with this post...

Still we have not one free-willer willing to post this order of events.

This is a big whole on their side, and they will never make that order. NEVER.
When it is made, it becomes clear it does not add up.
This free willer sees your "order of events" as placing them in time, something I am not comfortable doing to an omnipresent God.

Using the same interpretation that you do of 2 Thess. 2:13, you were chosen to go to California because to get there you had to go through Texas.
See, you keep saying that "why" you were chosen is because of "how" you are saved.

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

Could "all" in this verse refer to all whose names were written in the book of life before the foundation of the world?

It couldn't mean all of humanity because we know that not all will be saved.
Amy, the how and why go hand in hand. We will have to agree to disagree.

In regards to 2 Peter 3:9, that is the same lame argument you were refuting just a month ago. It's been handled quite nicely already, I was just trying to reopen your eyes to the "why".

You have tried this over and over again. And to this day it still makes no sense. I have told you the right words to use, if you indeed wish to travel this path. Please use them and not try this again. As back then, the facts remain.

omnipresent
\-zənt\
Function: adjective
Date: 1609
: present in all places at all times

I'll not help you again with the right words. We have gone over this before. Once you have them, we can begin a debate. This is nothing close to a debate, for you make no point.

Yes, we will have to agree to disagree.

I know it seems like I've lost my mind or I have multiple personalities, but I see things differently now. I don't know how it happened, but it did. Nobody talked me into it. I changed, that's all I know. :)
