    No, it was the truth about your comment.

    LOL you respond with OUT OF CONTEXT Scripture that does not support your position or show that I am in error. Foolish.

    Why do you deny that scripture says we can? Why do you deny that truth?
    You have to hold to that view as it would destroy your theology of special election if you did not. But what you also deny is that if you have a special elect group then you also have those other that are condemned from the start. You will jump through hoops to try and justify your view but it is not biblical.

    You are funny but not very realistic. It is sad to see someone as deluded as you have shown your self to be. You reject truth when presented to you. This discussion is fruitless so I will end it here.

    You have yet to show one place where it says anything about our ability to seek God. And I do not deny that there are those condemned from the start. That is what Scripture says quite plainly. Where have I ever denied this? Where have I ever jumped through hoops to get around that? I haven't. Nor has any other Calvinist on this board that I know of. We repeatedly point to SCRIPTURE that states this very thing and the ones that run and jump through hoops to avoid the fact is the side you are advocating for, not us. EVERYONE is condemend. What part of this do you not understand?

    God, in his MERCY, has decided to save some of us, not all of us.

    Reject truth? You are the one who won't even examine the evidence. But yeah, I'm the deluded one here. Oh brother. :rolleyes:

    I have shown you Act 17:27 for one and you just deny the truth of the text. So please stop with the no proof claim. But I am doubtful that you will stop doing that as that is what you say about anything that is posted that you do not agree with.

    Context that you say will not support man being able to seek God
    Act 17:26 And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings,
    Act 17:27 {and why} so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us;

    {and why} added so you can understand the text properly

    Silverhair do you build your entire theology on this debate with philosophers at Mars Hill and throw away all of Romans just to claim that pagans can find God without God first choosing to reveal Himself to them?

    Are you planning to die on Mars Hill as your sole argument for your free will philosophy?
