You have to hold to that view as it would destroy your theology of special election if you did not. But what you also deny is that if you have a special elect group then you also have those other that are condemned from the start. You have yet to show one place where it says anything about our ability to seek God. And I do not deny that there are those condemned from the start. That is what Scripture says quite plainly. Where have I ever denied this? Where have I ever jumped through hoops to get around that? I haven't. Nor has any other Calvinist on this board that I know of. We repeatedly point to SCRIPTURE that states this very thing and the ones that run and jump through hoops to avoid the fact is the side you are advocating for, not us. EVERYONE is condemend. What part of this do you not understand?

Silverhair do you build your entire theology on this debate with philosophers at Mars Hill and throw away all of Romans just to claim that pagans can find God without God first choosing to reveal Himself to them?
