Ive always found this passage interesting and have spent hours contemplating it

Ex 6:3. Says that the Patriarchs did not know God as YHWH, but as God Almighty

Obama official thinks Trump's strategy worked

"Don't buy the World War 3 spin. The mullahs in Iran are in deep doo-doo. President Donald John Trump's economic sanctions have killed the economy, and the people rise in protest.

Ray Takeyh wrote, "Why the Death of an Iranian Commander Won’t Mean World War III. The U.S. dealt a major blow in taking out Iran’s imperial strategist. But the mullahs’ next move likely won’t be a dramatic escalation."

He is a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Born in Iran, he taught at the National War College and advised the Obama administration on Iran.

He wrote, "His death will be a blow to the Iranian theocracy but — contrary to what many observers are warning — could very likely temper the clerical oligarchs, who tend to retreat in face of American determination."

Bullies are the biggest cowards.

He wrote, "Past is often prologue in Iran. When a truculent Ronald Reagan assumed the presidency, Iran hastily released the American diplomats it had held hostage for 444 days. When George W. Bush’s shock and awe campaign quickly displaced the Taliban in Afghanistan and Saddam Hussein in Iraq, Iran responded by suspending its nuclear program. The mullahs relish assaulting America but are circumspect when facing a tough-minded, unpredictable president. The Islamic Republic had already pledged to retreat further from its nuclear obligations by next week. A move in that direction seems more likely at this point, as opposed to blowing up American diplomatic and military outposts."

Contrast and compare to Obama acquiescing to the mullah's demands.

The death of General Qassim Soleimani should be a turning point because of President Trump's ability to stop others (including Red China) from buying Iranian oil.

Takeyh wrote, "As the commemoration ceremonies begin in Iran, it is important to stress that the imperial edifice that Soleimani built was already stressed. The sanctions reimposed by the Trump administration after its abrogation of the Obama-era Iran nuclear deal have depleted Iran’s economy, calling into question its foreign policy imperatives. In November, Iran was rocked by massive demonstrations as the regime had to curtail its onerous fuel subsidies. An uneasy path lies ahead for the clerical oligarchs. The last thing they need is a costly confrontation with a president willing to do things they once considered unimaginable."

Regime change is possible, and never forget this is Donald Trump's ultimate goal. He wants to rid the world of dictators. He prefers to use tariffs and sanctions, but he has plenty of drones and missiles.

Iran needs to cut a deal with him before they lose their country.

I suggest the mullahs call President Donald Trump by dialing 1-800-WE-SURRENDER. "

"Iran was fine until Trump began his crusade to demonize them, skipped out of a Nuclear agreement, and began to assassinate its Generals. Trump is reaping what he has sown. Let the whining begin..."

the Iran/Iraq problem is as old as Abraham 's son Ishmael. TRUMP IS REAPING WHAT ABRAHAM HAS SOWN.

Ismael is the human solution to Abram and Sarai's childless estate.
Even after YHWH had told them they would bare a son they took it upon themselves to give God a helping hand.

Sarah gave Hagar her housemaid to Abraham and told Hagar to have a baby with Abraham as her proxy to give seed for God to make a blessing for all humanity. Abraham agreed.
Hagar became pregnant.

this caused Sarah to treat HAGAR VERY UNKINDLY so much so that Hagar took Ishmael and ran away into the desert.
they were dying and the LORD rescued them and gave this message

Genesis 16
11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.
12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.

He became the father of the Arabs who are tribal of IRAQ/IRAN.

Where's the love , brother? Or is it easier to remain Tribal forever? Keep it up since it will only hurry the return of Jesus to keep the warmongers from destroying ALL FLESH. Mat 24:22

Let's get this Iran nuclear deal straight. This was an agreement only between the Obama administration and Iran that really was not binding on the nation at large. The only way for Obama to insure that his agreement would be observed into the future was to have it ratified by the U.S. Senate and that clearly did not happen.

Purposely misleading, since the agreement was with Russia, China, United Kingdom, the United States and several other world leaders. Now bumbling Trump has stumbled into the war in Revelation. Obama had the Nuclear problem solved for another 10 years but that was too long for a big baby like Trump. He wants to watch the mushroom clouds appear.

So we need to place the blame for Trumps withdrawal from the Iran agreement squarely where it belongs - right on Barrack H. Obama who, knowing it had little support in the Senate (even from Democrats) did not present it to the Senate for ratification as the Constitution so clearly says must be done for it to be legally binding.

Either that or he knew that Moscow Mitch would bury it deep which he did. Is it the same with all Republicans? Like Nixon, Moscow Mitch and Trump? Disasters all. Only the Rich could vote for such.

No one is richer than the Dems. So many of them are now going to the funeral in Tehran. The general was cremated but he has gone to be with Allah & has his 72 virgins. No one knew his pronouns but he recited poetry when he wasn't murdering people for fun. He won the Margaret Sanger award. Mohammed was 54 when he married 9 year old Alisha.

How is what I said purposely misleading? It does not matter who else the agreement was with, for it to be binding on the United States it needed to go before the Senate for ratification - it didn't. So like the Paris climate accords, this was an agreement between one presidential administration and other countries. When that administration left office the succeeding administration was not obligated to adhere to it in any way, shape, manner, or form.

Do you really think Iran was on the up and up with their nuclear machinations? One of the worst parts of this agreement was the returning of billions of dollars to the Iranians - which they promptly used to foster terrorism in the Middle East. Giving that money to them was one of the dumbest things any American President has ever done.

It's Trumps fault, since he worked through Moscow Mitch to kill the agreement. IOW, Trump is responsible for this New War he is promoting. From Wiki:

The Iran nuclear deal framework was a preliminary framework agreement reached in 2015 between the Islamic Republic of Iranand a group of world powers: the P5+1 (the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council—the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, France, and China—plus Germany) and the European Union.

So WHY do you keep calling this world wide agreement Obama's.

Parroting the "great leader" Trump is sure to fail. The money belonged to them. The agreement would have kept Iran from becoming Nuclear. Warmonger Trump can't stand to see anyone else getting their money since he wants it all. The man is deranged and disturbed. Lock him up is what should happen.

Iran under that agreement had to wait 10 years, than could full stream ahead for nuke! And the 150 Billion dollars given to them would have meant thousands more would be killed in their terrorism, including God only knows how many American soldiers!

Our college need not worry about WW III. The military wouldn't want a bunch of snowflakes who need a safe space with coloring books and soymilk, just saying.

So WHY do you keep calling this world wide agreement Obama's.

Because Obama's "agreement" was not legally binding on the nation because he did not present it to the United States Senate for ratification, so therefore in reality it was only an agreement between President Obama and the other nations you listed.

What don't you understand about the Constitution and agreements (treaties) between our nation and foreign governments? Until such things are ratified by the United States Senate they are not legally binding on the nation at large.

Article 2, Section 2, Paragraph 2, of the U.S. Constitution says: He (the President) shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;

So please tell me the date and the roll call of the vote by the Senators present that this happened?
