Says who? We all have a measure of the spirit when saved, no? If we are inspired to write a song, or a poem, or a book, how would that not be inspiration? Even demons inspire some people in their music. Is there no hymn you feel is fairly inspired? Of course any inspiration from God would never oppose the bible. Nor would it overrule the bible.

says the Holy Bible, in the 2 passages that I quoted earlier! I can see that you cannot grasp Biblical Inspiration, which is UNIQUE.

No other book can ever by "Inspired" by God the Holy Spirit, because if they are, then they become Infallible and Inerrant, and equal to the Bible!

I think you are being sarcastic?

There is no holy inspired table of contents. Keep following that trail of who decided what belongs in the bible.

The bible didn't fall out the sky complete one day. There was debate on what belongs or not, You'll even find early church fathers quoting works that plenty of folks would not even consider biblical.

who can be trusted to be a legit source? IF THEY WROTE IT.....how come they left the stuff they don't consider legit?

Hint.... Because THEY didn't write it.;)

Yes I have heard him a few times and looked at a youtube video last night where he mentions it again. That is why I started the thread.
I found the YouTube video. Kind of disappoints me in him. His Commentary leans one way and his sermon the other. I don't have his long form commentary on Mark, Just the short version, but it handles it as inspired. Glad you pointed it out. Macarthur is a good teacher, but it seems that at times he gets way yonder too far caught up in his anti-Charismatic crusade.

show another verse in the Bible that is as clear as 1 John 5:7-8, that teaches the Holy Trinity? It was corrupted by enemies if this essential Doctrine.
Interesting that even Eramus himself could not find ANY evidence for that passage in his first 2 editions of the Greek text, and added it under orders!

yet no one has ever disproved what Burgon has written. The greater majority who reject this passage, like Metzger did, and Wallace does, is because they are ANTI KJV!
Not anti Kjv, just that they do see certain MV as being superior!

To the OP I have this to say:

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Is Mark part of all scripture?... Enough said!... Brother Glen:)
Question was it originally as we now have it in the longer ending?

The most popular translation (KJV) and other versions have included it, no? So you would be claiming they were not inspired. Could not God oversee the whole process of getting His word to man, including the selection of books included?
Atr you claiming here that the Holy Spirit inspired the translation process same way did the Originals?
