What did I say that's even remotely cowardly about race. Show me?

Nothing. You wouldn't address the subject. The thread was 13 pages long. You posted approximately 16 times. More than half your posts were spent calling other members racist for even discussing the topic.

Not once did you address the topic of race. I told you then that you were a coward when it came to discussing race. Far as I can tell, you still are.

I guess the board is used to the GOP operatives proclaiming to be posting in the name of Christ when it's clear that they are posting in the name of partisan politics. If love isn't present, Jesus ain't in it.

Carpro, let's cut to the chase. You say people are avoiding talking about race, so let's talk. Please reply to my following question.

Let's say a son, a daughter, a nephew, a niece ... some young person you really love and care about. They come home from college or a job where they have been living far away from home. Upon meeting them they introduce you to their fiance or fiancee and you see they are to marry a person of a different race. What would your response be?

Rev. what would your response be?

Look who's coming to dinner. Welcome to my home.

Want some enchiladas? Or corn pone and chittlin's? Need some soy sauce with that rice? So your tribe's best delicacy is buffalo hump? How's it taste?
How 'bout some curry with that? Do you prefer seedless watermelon? How 'bout some jalapenos with that fried chicken? Is tea OK to drink or do you want a 40 ounce? Do you really eat seal fat by itself?

No matter what race: Is that the best you can do?

I've addressed it countless times actually. A few times in this very thread if you recall. I've called people out in the past for saying things that stereotype people of a certain race, much like your response to Crabby's dinner question below. How that's cowardly I'll never know. I'll continue to do so without hesitation. Get used to it. I'm not afraid to discuss race in any way but I will not participate in profiling, stereotyping or degrading a certain race.

You and Rev are the pinnacle of posters that seek confirmation bias. You only search for information that fits your own preconceived opinions and shut down anything else. This is a known fact.

You have been whining about people not addressing the issue of race, so I ask a question where an honest answer would address the issue.

So, how would you react if a member of your family announced they were going to marry someone of another race?

It's cowardly to avoid the subject by calling any conservative that mentions it a racist. That is exactly what you did then and are doing now.

When it comes to race discussions, you are a coward. Still.

Don't accuse others of not discussing race if you are not willing to do so.

    How would you react?

Obama and the liberal's race baiting tactics serves only one purpose. To keep us divided and fighting amongst each other so we won't notice that the democrats and republicans all serve the same global banks and corporations.

If you listen closely on a clear night you can hear the bankers and corporitos laughing their heads off because we're stupid enough to keep falling for the same old divide and conquer trick over and over and over again.

    Wake up already.

How would you respond if a family member introduced you to a person of another race saying, "This is the person I am going to marry?"

Who exactly have I called a racist? I think some people have made some racist comments but I believe it comes more from ignorance than being racist. I've attempted to point this out to people but I don't think they are racist. What exactly is it you would like to discuss? I think you are barking up the wrong tree.

I've never shyed away from discussions on race. Whatever.

I'd say congratulations, live long and prosper.

    How would you respond?

Very much the same as you. I'd probably take them to a nice restaurant to celebrate.

I can't imagine why the DNC would bother with a small board like this but maybe they have too much money and they are looking for things to do. I think that the biggest problem with 0bam@ is that he is boring--just another leftie.
