How did they belittle women? I didn't hear that at all in the audio. Also, how was it disrespectful?

We can debate the merits of your interpretation of the passage. But the idea that this was somehow men having pride to claim hold of their power? You would have a hard time getting that from the actual discussion. Again, how was the discussion actually disrespectful?
Whenever you are mocking a person and sarcastically laughing at them and another person's characterization of a person, you are being disrespectful. If you cannot hear the disrespect in the dialogue, I am not sure how to open your mind to what was taking place.

First, I don't believe we are supposed to treat false teachers with respect. You should look up the word respect and what that means. Second, how, be specific, were they mocking? Please give the exact timestamp of your mp3 when they actually mocked.

Sorry, David, if you cannot perceive the disrespect, I don't think I can help you. I notice it immediately with Todd Friel's "let me give you one word...Beth Moore..." The whole thing is just a talk show schtick meant to provoke. It's not honest and no one considers Beth Moore as made in the image of God. Instead they belittle her as a woman who should just go home and do house chores.
I would never treat a woman that way. If I publicly dishonored belittled as these men did, I would need to repent of my prideful behavior where I placed myself on a pedestal.
In the recording, I think Johnson is trying to be more dignified, but Friel is playing to the crowd and inciting poor behavior.
Do the men take a wrong position about who should lead a church? No. (Although, I think woman have the gift of teaching and they should use their gift to the edification of the church.) Do they demean women and Beth Moore? Yes. (It matters not that Moore may be teaching heresy. Godward leaders should not be disrespectful.)

I don't always like Matt Slick, but here is an interesting article about Beth Moore.

Beth Moore has no theological education, and it shows in her speaking. I think anyone who would be a pastor or teacher (of more than children or casual bible studies) should have a theological education. Regardless of gender or education, Beth Moore is forever in my outbox after exposing her evil nature by condemning of the Covington boys who gracefully handled extreme racial harassment.

How in the world did you get that out of anything that was said? You didn't. You are adding that in.

Instead they belittle her as a woman who should just go home and do house chores.
That is not what they said, again, you are adding that in.

Do they demean women and Beth Moore? Yes.

If she is pentacostal, the churches often frown on theological training while emphasizing Spirit leading.
I have never heard nor read anything from Beth Moore. I don't question MacArthur or others when they address her theology. MacArthur has been faithful in exegeting scripture. I am only addressing the spirit in which they accosted her. In that, they were in the wrong. (My opinion)

Which is why they have so much error.

Except you are doing that by adding things in that did not get said and assuming that things were meant that they did not say. How are you qualified to address things that were not actually said and present it as fact?

David, you are seeming to miss the tone of the meeting, which reveals the heart as much as what is said. If you cannot discern this, I honestly will not be of much help. I accept that you and I view this differently.

Again, tone is important in how things are said. I cannot assist you. Peace

No I am sorry I do not accept that. You are bearing false witness by making them say things that were not said and from context you cannot possibly add in.

I sense nothing wrong in the audio from what MacArthur said. I don't know his body language at that moment. I do consider the audience laughter out of place for a serious comment. I wonder if it was dubbed in.

What about Beth Moore deserves respect? She disrespects fundamentals regularly. Should she be surprised at the back lash?

Of course she did. She is part of the social justice nonsense movement of the SBC.

God has made her in his image. That alone is deserving of respect.
But, even further, there is a general denigration of women going on in the dialogue.

Again, I think you need to look up the definition of respect. Second, no, there is not a general denigration of women from the actual dialogue, just what you fuse into it.
