I will have to look that one up... personally I believe grace has much more merit than evangelical efforts.
And I don't see it as either/or. Only by God's grace can evangelism produce fruit.

God the Father is the creator, God the Son Jesus Christ is the Savior and God The Holy Spirit is the regenerator and without all three there is no Salvation!

17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
With a special emphasis on verse 13.

Basically, I agree with you but (of course there has to be a but)
First, I think what some people are complaining is that there are different standards for different groups. Apparently in some jurisdictions - religion just happens to be at the bottom of priorities.
Second, an individual should be allowed to make his own decisions.
That is a good point. Hurricanes are acts of God, but it's not like we don't stay safe in them.
