Begging your pardon, but I totally disagree. I’ve been interacting with people in the liberal progressive movement who are very Bible and God driven... that includes women (surbarban white, working class black etc). The ones that are radical are the ones that have been ostracized by the religious right and they are very hostile and I consider that the fault of the religious right.

there was a time on this very forum that I called for a bypar dialogue and I was laughed off the post. It wasn’t the liberals who participated but your Republican buddies who wanted to organize a lynch mob. So I ask you, what’s going to change? Yeshua1 wanted a Bible Party. I told him that would never work as being anti-Bible is the rage. The progressive Christians that I know have turned from the Bible and embraced homosexuality, abortion, and more.

I did not mean to imply that all Republicans and conservatives were Christians. They are not.

Did not want a Christian party per say, but one that stressed biblical morality and ethics, as can be conservative jews, Christians, etc! Even atheist and other religions who are against Abortion and want traditional values!

For me politics is like sports. I decided I would not vote again, which would make some think I should not offer my views. But I do not have to play baseball to enjoy baseball games (BTW, the METS are gearing up for an interesting season).

I'll add, using the Baseball illustration:

The DNC vs the GOP would be like a 2020 World Series between the Padres and Marlins.

The GOP had such position, but blew it. Trump handed everything to the DNC. But it looks like they are going to blow it.

Lol.... look he will never have the demeanor of a polished politician. Even when the parents sent him to military school he never acknowledged that he had to learn to win friends and influence, why would he cause daddy will buy you anything.... a privileged spoiled rotten brat.
