Well I am talking over all. I know Shaq goes off when he is not the center of attention. I don't know if you notice that from last year and this but if he ain't in the limelight he gets a little irratated.

AS far as the spurs go I don't know have any of the players gotten mad and done the same thing?

It will be a great seires. I expect to go at least six games, but I would love for another game seven. Honstly I do have my doubts that Detorit could win again, espeicially after going seven games with Miami, but I thought they would loose last year to the Lakers. Glad I was wrong!

This series is going 7 games. Both teams are very well balanced, with the Spurs having an edge on offense. I picked the Spurs to win it all, and I'll stick with that because they are just a little better than the Pistons on offense. However, the Pistons winning should not be considered a surprise.

I agree, I think either team can win. Yet I think this year the Spurs are just a notch better. I say Spurs in 6, but would not be surprised at all by a 7 game series. It should be fun.

A lot will depend on how Detorit's offense does. They are so inconsisitent. They can have a couple of great games and then a poor game.

If they shoot well and get 20 point preformances from Hamilton, Billups, and Sheed, then I think they can win.

Either way, these are the two best teams in the NBA right now no doubt. Some folks complained because of the lack of superstars in the finales. I woul rather seem good basketball by a team not an individual, and thats what we have here- two great teams!

    Timmy --

Congrats - great game last night. Great comeback by the Pistons in the 4th quarter. Key items that I saw in the game ----

    * great shot by Eddie Jones at the end of the first half to get Miami back in the game

    * turnover by the Heat when they were up six points late in the game, leading to a quick Pistons score, dropping the lead to only four and getting them back into the game

    * foul shots - Pistons hitting 11 of 15 including key hits down the stretch and the Heat making only 16 of 24, including some key misses down the stretch

    * 3 pointers - Pistons were hot with 5 for 13 while the Heat were a dismal 2 for 11

    * poise - Pistons kept their poise at the end of the game while the Heat got off their game, including some terrible shot selections

BTW, I heard that there was no fires in Detroit last night either. Good luck against San Antonio.

I don't believe there were any last year either son, after they won it all. That was when the spurs were in the same league too. Hmmm Tim Duncan must not be the promised messiah either! ;)

Actually, I was impressed - most of the lights were working. Anyway, too cold for someone who lives in the tropics.

Yeah, well we leave them on all night as opposed to turning them off at 9 pm. Florida is one big retirement home. Living in the "tropics" adds to that "pruneface" look don't it? ;)
