When will you stop your cherry picking out of context verses BF. You just continue to show your complete lack of understanding of the word of God.
You resist scripture. Believing in Christ is something given, ts not in man to do it naturally Phil 1:29

29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

Jesus came to us. What are you looking for?
Well when He comes to us He saves us, duh He is a Saviour. Lk 19:10

10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

What did He tell Zacchaeus Lk 19 8-9

8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.

9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

Yes it does, one must not only hear the Gospel but obey the Gospel Rom 10:16

But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

The natural man cannot do either . How many times do you need to see what Jesus said, who is it that hears the words of God ? Jn 8:47

But you ignore what Jesus said just before John's question.

Joh 12:36 "While you have the Light, believe in the Light, so that you may become sons of Light."

So to answer the question that Isaiah asked. Who has believed the report, all those that have freely heard and believed.

But you continue to ignore context when you fall back to Joh 8:47. It is sad indeed that you just will not trust the whole word of God.

The context shows that it is those who choose to reject the message of Christ Jesus that are children of the devil but it does not say what you need it to say BF. You have to read into the text your false religious views.

This why I keep tell you to read things in context BF but you refuse to do so as then you would see just how false your view is.

It is so easy to show the errors in your religion.

Who was Paul writing to BF

Php 1:1 Paul and Timothy, bond-servants of Christ Jesus, To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, including the overseers and deacons:
Php 1:2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Php 1:27 Only conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or remain absent, I will hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

So what we see is that Paul is encouraging the believers in Philippi to stand strong in their faith even though they may suffer even to the point of death. Php 1:1-30
