TurnTheTide1611,

Explain to me your idea of ruling with a rod of Iron???

Is there no sin in your idea of the kingdom? If a person sins, do angels appear and smite them?
The "kingdom would not last for more than a few hours.

What do you mean, in seed form?
What does this passage mean?

25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

29 For our God is a consuming fire.

What Kingdom is this that we received in verse28?

Where does it say in Rev. 20 that the kingdom reign is with Jesus on earth?

Jesus said the Kingdom had come upon THEM..He did not say these were signs of what will happen in a future kingdom, He said the Kingdom had come upon them.
You have devils in your future Kingdom??? What verse says there will be devils in a future millenium?

His Kingdom Authority was from heaven, not an earthly physical political Kingdom

I was originally taught these things, where does rev 20 say Jesus rules and reigns ON EARTH?

Yes, it is on earth now, physically. Jesus is on the throne in the heavenly Zion and Jerusalem
Isaiah 2 King James Version (KJV)
2 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.

2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

Notice this passage says this will happen in the last days, we are in the last days since the cross. Hebrews 12 says the Lord speaks from heaven.now, we receiving a Kingdom now...

Mine do.
Remember, Jesus & the saints reign for 1K years AFTER JESUS RETURNS TO EARTH. And when Satan is freed after the millenium, he brings up an army ON EARTH that surrounds the camp of the saints, which will evidently be at Jerusalem.

And remember, Jesus is to rule THE NATIONS with a rod of iron.

Please note the kingdom is not physical;

“And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 3:2) (KJV 1900)

“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.” (Matthew 11:12) (KJV 1900)

“Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.” (Matthew 16:28) (KJV 1900)

“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.” (1 Corinthians 15:50)

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3) (KJV 1900)

“Jesus answered, “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.” (John 3:5)

“Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.” (John 18:36) (KJV 1900)

“And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:” (Luke 17:20) (KJV 1900)

“Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21) (KJV 1900)

“But if I cast out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has already overtaken you.” (Luke 11:20)

“because we are not looking at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen. For what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal.” (2 Corinthians 4:18)

“Now when the people saw the miraculous sign that Jesus performed, they began to say to one another, “This is certainly the Prophet who is to come into the world.” Then Jesus, because he knew they were going to come and seize him by force to make him king, withdrew again up the mountainside alone.” (John 6:14–15)

“He delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of the Son he loves,” (Colossians 1:13)

When Jesus saw that he answered intelligently, He said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And no one dared to question Him any longer.” (Mark 12:34) (HCSB)

“for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 14:17) (HCSB)
But the kingdom WILL be physical, here on earth, with Jesus ruling it.

Is Jesus God? Hasn't God always ruled the nations with a rod of iron? Even now?

“even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,” (Ephesians 2:5–6)

“For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.” (Ephesians 5:30–31)
The simple TRUTH is, Jesus is NOT directly reigning here now, as is evident from the prevalence of sin. But He WILL BE, as Revelation says.

Jesus says his kingdom is not of this world.
But it WILL BE. remember His parable about the nobleman (Himself) who went on a journey to RECEIVE HIS KINGDOM? Jesus is still on that "journey". He has not yet returned to physically take over the Kingdom He received.

Sin? “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:36)

There is no millennium. But Jesus restores Israel (believers) on the last day in the resurrection/rapture into the New Heavens and earth.

YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS! With the prevalence of sin now?????
While He's enforcing the laws of physics, etc. He is NOT intervening in man's doings too much, as should be obvious to you! But OF COURSE He isn't directly ruling mankind now!

You're outright DENYING SCRIPTURE now!

Almost completely wrong! He is gonna restore PHYSICAL Israel, as He's restoring physical Judah right now. The rapture will be before the great trib.

Try reading & BELIEVING the BIBLE insteada that pret nonsense.

No, you're DENYING some Scripture. Guess you haven't read Ezekiel too closely, or have reduced it to symbolism, as is the pret way. God plainly told Zeke He's gonna restore the WHOLE House of Israel.

Hint; you are part of the house of Israel he is speaking about. To be fully restored in the resurrection on the last day into the new heavens and earth.

You're avoiding the FACT that He's not directly ruling the mearth right now, as is proven by the prevalence of sin. Remember, in elementary school, when the teacher left the room, how everyone yakked, etc? She was still in charge of the classroom, but not present, directly bossing it when she left the room.

So God gave his throne to Satan?
