Prince Reibus: "We thank you for the opportunity and THE BLESSING that you've given us to serve your agenda and the American people."
A blessing? That's a bit over the top, isn't it?
I realize that biblical wisdom is foreign to the cult of Trump, but the scriptures speak of the value of hard words from true friends versus the deceitful nature of flattery:What other kind of response can there be to someone so far gone they think even praising the president is "dangerous" to the country.
We all see what happens when people suddenly get famous and surround themselves with hangers on, who never say no to self-destructive activities. ...People who don't are fired (i.e., Comey).
That's dangerous.
"Always" is the wrong term, but he came to notoriety in the 1970s in New York City. He surrounded himself with "yes" men and fire those who didn't fall in line and has suffered a number of huge failures and bankruptcies. His personal life has been a mess, and his ego out of control. Now he is in a position to do the same for our entire nation.Trump has always been famous.
All of this is coming out and we will see how true these three sentences are.And Comey deserved to be fired. Trump should have fired him immediately. He didn't because he listened to the advice of some people around him.
When he has everyone around the table say something positive about him it tells me he's a raging narcissist - I would rather not have to acknowledge that. When he starts the meeting saying things about himself that are blindingly false, it tells me he is self-deluded - I would rather not have to acknowledge that. When everyone around the table with him affirms his delusion, it tells me that it is a dangerous situation - I would rather not have to acknowledge that. So, no. It's not dangerous. You just don't want Trump praised by people that work for him. It says things about him you'd rather not acknowledge.
Sure. But not being publicly critical is not the same thing as enabling delusion. And then, just to point out the obvious, every president appoints people to his cabinet that agree with his policies and work to establish them. And, while they may not be very vocal with praise for their boss, they certainly aren't publicly critical, or they don't last long. That's just reality.
I don't have any "personal animosity" for Trump. I am a concerned citizen of the United States. You are inventing motives for me to support your argument. You're making a big deal out of nothing, all because of your personal animosity for Trump.
Wake up.Get over it.

Then say goodbye to our Republic - what's left of it.The worship the left did of Obama was bad, and the worship Trump Supporters of Trump is just as bad. Just imagine the field day Trump supporters would have had if Obama started his cabinet meetings with pride and accolades like that. The hypocrisy of both tribes is why I'm done with with the duopoly.

Biblical wisdom? How about this biblical wisdom:I realize that biblical wisdom is foreign to the cult of Trump, but the scriptures speak of the value of hard words
Agreed that president Trump has less than a snow white past. But so it is true of us all.Clinging to the duopoly is what is destroying the republic. Both sides are too busy fighting against each other to care about the good of the people. Both sides are too busy playing to anger of their respective bases to actually do any good. We need new parties if the republic is going to be saved.

Support him, pray for him, pray for our nation that we don't lose our Republic.
Pray for Neil Gorsuch, his safety, his family.
