The transfiguration followed within of about 7 days of Jesus telling them that. Matthew 16:28, Matthew 17:1-8. Mark 9:1-8. Luke 9:27-36.
Matthew and Mark say after 6 days. Luke says 8, counting when Jesus told them of it, and counting that day of the tranfiguration. 1 + 6 + 1 = 8.

We do not believe in a rapture or a millennal reign but we do believe in the Resurrection of the just and unjust, when the Lord comes again, to take us home... The intent of this thread was for those who do not hold to an actual millennium (Revelation 20:4-6) to explain how one comes to that point of view in a step by step explanation. The only view I undertand and can explain is the pre-millennial view.
