Are you saying that "folks here who never served" are not capable of knowing what's best for our men and women serving? That encompasses a lot of people on either side of the aisle.

BiR

Are you saying servicepeople need folks like Dingy Harry to tell them who supports them and who doesn't, because they can't figure it out for themselves ?

Your words indicate hatred of the man, whether you say the word, or not.

It would be odd for Baptist in Richmond to hate someone he's listened to since '93. Maybe he just disagrees. Btw, "Dingy Harry"? Ironic.

Interesting... So, if I accuse you of hating "Dingy" based on your tone you aren't going to defend yourself by stating that you never claimed to hate him, right?

Limbaugh mocking Gore's claim to Tennessee roots:

Because see, Al Gore's daddy was a senator and Al Gore's daddy worked his way up from wealth and power to wealth and power.

Hhmmm... the name Bush comes to mind. Interestingly enough, W even had the additional advantage over Gore of having a grandfather who was a Senator which also "slipped" past Rush.

BTW, Rush certainly seems to be talking about the Clintons' marriage more than usual lately.......

This source says all three of Rush's ex-wives were the ones who filed for divorce. Rush has quixotically stated:

"If you want a successful marriage, let your husband do what he wants to do."

Another point to ponder, why would Rush "Protect-the-Istitution-of-Marriage" Limbaugh need viagra since he's no longer married?

<Waiting to be told not bash the man who referred to Chelsea Clinton as "The White House Dog">

Dingy Harry is a despicable man, and I have no problem telling you my feelings towards his policies, his actions, & his "vision" for our country border on hatred. Yup. Same goes for Hillary. But I can explain, if you want, my reasons, and none of them will have anything to do with their private lives.

See above.

Another thought, Dingy Harry has a place of power, & lawmaking in the U.S. Rush does not.

Bro. Curtis, please focus. I could care less what you think of Harry Reid (nothing personal). My point is that Baptist in Richmond's "tone" towards Rush is no more hateful than yours is towards Reid.

Point taken?

I think you need to focus. My post sounds hateful, because I hate what Harry stands for. I don't find anything about him even remotely endearing. I am repulsed by the guy. His voice makes me want to vomit. His actions make me ashamed. I want him out of office. In other words, even though I don't know him personally, I hate what he does. If someone accused me of saying I hate the guy, they would have a good point. Those of us who accuse people of hating Limbugh have a point, as well, and BiR, & you, should probably recognize it.

Bro. Curtis, you are entertaining me! :D

Chill with the psychoanalysis of Baptist in Richmond's motive. No one is accusing you of hating Reid despite the fact that he makes you want to vomit. For someone so concerned about "tone" you seem to be holding yourself to a Rush-esque standard.

Despise Reid all you want: can the hate mongering charge for those who bash Rush.

BiR can say anything he wants to. I'm not challenging his hatred, I'm challenging his denial of his hatred. You'll see I only chimed in after his denial.

 I don't see where he hates anything other than Rush's ideas as you Ried's.

:BangHead:

Sigh.........

BiR rants about Rush's private life, but does not see why anyone accuses him of hating Rush....

I admit to seeing why people say I hate certain folks.

I want BiR to admit the same thing.

I don't want to talk with you, anymore.

All you have to do is leave the BB. Oh, and take your hate with you!

BTW, I have noticed that although you do a lot of questioning toward those you disagree with, you sure don't like answering questions yourself.

About wife number three that link has: "On the air on June 11, 2004 Rush announced his separation from Marta claiming that he asked her for the divorce."

I remember hearing him say this as I was still a Limbaugh listener back then.

I'm wondering why some can't attack what Limbaugh says without attacking him on a personal level.

Well...not really.;)

It's easy to attack a hypocrite! A person who condemns drug use while being addicted to oxycotin is a hypocrite, plain and simple!

I'd actually love someone to ask me why I hate Harry Reid.

Supposed conversation between Curtis & some liberal....

Curtis - "Why do you hate Rush ?"

Liberal - "cuz he's a thrice divorced drug addict !!!"

Curtis - "Oh. Do you have a particular problem with anything he has said ?"

Liberal - "He's a pig, and anyone who listens to him is an idiot."

Curtis - "So does his being a pig take anything away from him being a big hero to the folks in the military ?"

Liberal - (furrows brow)"the folks in the lilitary don't know who supports them or not"

Curtis - "Does Harry Reid support the troops better than Rush ?"

Liberal - "Why do you hate Harry Reid ?"

Curtis - "Don't know him enough to hate him. But I hate that he went to the floor of the senate and told the slodiers he supposedly supports that they couldn't win. I hate the fact that he tried to inhibit a private citizen's right to free speech. I hate the way he's trying to force the S-CHIP bill through, despite what the American people want. I hate the way he tried to get the amnesty bill thru, despite the will of the American people. I hate the way he investigates everyone who had a cup of coffee with Jack Abramoff, but yet William Jefferson (D-Louisiana) still has a job."

Liberal - (furrows brow)

Curtis - "Would you like me to continue ?"

Liberal - "Your hateful."

Curtis - "Could you articulate why you feel Rush was wrong to put Reiid's letter on E-Bay, and making a complete fool out of ole' Dingy Harry ?"

Liberal - "Rush is a divorced drug addict !!!! Why does he need viagra ?"
