my goodness, not English, not believing in God, not believing that God is salvation but only belief in nane of Jesus will get you to heaven.

If you are not to invent another way to Heaven and decide God does have favorites, then these OT saints have to hear about JESUS. When did this happen in their lifetime? It didn't , But it had to happen sometimr, You have been given the answer,
Only Jesus? In English. They can't believe in Ἰησοῦς as the NT saints did? In Greek. They can't believe in Jehoshua as the OT saints did. In Hebrew.

They have to believe in Jesus in English? Why? Doesn't God understand Hebrew? Doesn't God understand Greek? Do you deny God inspired the bible in Hebrew and Greek? How could He do so if He doesn't understand those languages?

The bible says that all the OT prophets preached Jesus (Jehoshua in Hebrew). Do you believe the bible lies about that?

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
Yes, faith comes by the hearing of the preaching of the word of God which is the vehicle, the preaching of the word, that God uses to draw the lost unto Christ, regenerate them, and give them faith to believe, and enables them to repent and obey.

See, I knew if we both tried real hard we could find something to disagree about! :D:D

God provides salvation. (to His glory) the only access to God is through Jesus and the only way to Jesus is the Holy Spirit.
Exactly! God provides salvation. (to His glory) the only access to God is through Jesus (in Greek Ἰησοῦς or in Hebrew Jehoshua) and the only way to Jesus (in Greek Ἰησοῦς or in Hebrew Jehoshua) is the Holy Spirit.

Glad to see you now believe the OT saints were saved the same way we are!

Jesus had to show disciples all scripture pertaining to him so your statement might be true but they did not know Him.

There was no second chance being offered to them though....

no , not the sinners but the righteous, If you say there is no "second chance ", they had not had a first to learn of Jesus. They are either not in Heaven or God provided a different way of salvation. Which are both wrong

God saved them in the old Covenant on the same basis and way that we were saved....

And Who is Messiah? Who is the Anointed One? Who is the Christ?

There were many that claimed to be Messiah, what if they believed on them?

We agree believing on the Messiah to come is counted for righteousness but it is not complete for salvation. Jesus provided completion

God revealed to David that one of his coming descendants would be the Messiah, the King, and would have an everlasting Kingdom, but was he told his name?

no, I do not think so. I need the verse.

Belief in Jesus is necessary

Exactly. Just as the OT saints accepted Jehoshua the Savior, and the NT saints accepted Iēsous the Savior, and we English speakers accept Jesus the Savior.

So you do deny that Acts 10:43 is scripture and believe it is a lie?

The OT was provided over a thousand of years, You do not understand every reference, so how can they understand when all had not been written?
Job as an example, did he have the OT?

The language is not important, They did not know the person of Jesus Christ...until after the Crucifixion ..

It is simple, If one believes that God has favorites and has a way to eternal life except by knowing Jesus Christ, believe as is posted here.

If one believes that all must know Jesus , personally, then accept God has provided the righteous of the OT to know Jesus , after their death.

The Spiritual is more important than the physical.

Why do you have such contempt for the word of God?

Acts 10:43 To him (Heb: Jehoshua Meshiac - Greek: Ἰησοῦς Χριστός - English: Jesus Christ) give all the prophets witness, that through his name (Heb: Jehoshua Meshiac - Greek: Ἰησοῦς Χριστός - English: Jesus Christ) whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
