Sew flaws are knot aloud.
And now bee cause my spelling
Is checked with such grate flare,
Their are know faults with in my cite,
Of none eye am a wear.
Each frays come posed up on my screen
Eye trussed to bee a joule
The checker poured o'er every word
To cheque sum spelling rule.
That's why aye brake in two averse
By righting wants to pleas,
Sow now ewe see why eye dew prays
Such soft wear for pea seas!

I will have to be more on my toes. Ok...so I got relaxed. I was talking in chat with this friend of mine and made the mistake. He kept doing these IMViroment things on the board.
So it is easy to say; I cannot chew bubble gum and walk. Nor can I pat my head and rub my belly at the same time.

Well, my Sooners lost yesterday so I guess I will have to cheer for Kansas to win the NCAA Tournament this year. rsr, I guess we have to wait until next year and hope Sampson can bring in some more talent to help fill the void of Price, White, and Ere graduating.
On a more positive note, my alma mater, Northeastern State University (of Tahlequah, OK), won the NCAA Division II men's basketball championship for the first time. The game was televised so I got to watch the second half. ARTICLE LINK

Hello folks way down south. What's happening to ya'll. April fools day is having its effect a bit early is it? Temperatures like 29, 32, 38, 39 in Missouri, Mississippi, Georgia. It was 52 Farenheit here yesterday. It will be 46 degrees today, nice spring temperatures, even though we may wake up to a bit of snow with temperatures just below freezing. Aud on Thursday night it will only be 12 Farenheit On Saturday we are expecting more snow. Don't put the tomato plants out yet. Here you wait for the last week-end in May to plant your garden. If you don't like the weather, just a wait a couple of hours; it will change.

There are quite a few words in U.K. English that are quite different than American English and vice versa...and they are quite frequently embarassing differences.

When I was a lad in England, men did not mention pants in mixed company. Oh how things have changed. *whispering* pants in the UK are ladies undergarments. We wear trousers; long and short, dress and work, but they are trousers. Then, of course, knickers has a dual meaning. They can be the knee-cut britches often seen on the golf course and they can also refer to one's under garments.....so, don't get your knickers in a twist.
I am more climatized to North America so I can say pants.

There is something in the air, but it does'nt feel like spring. Cool, breezy and damp. One good thing is the pesky biting gnats are taking a break. This is great baseball weather. Both of my boys play at school and for the county. We enjoy the weather now, for we know the heat and humidity will be upon us later this summer.
