What possessed you to adopt Absolute Predestination?

When God brought me under the hearing the gospel, and the Holy Spirit regenerated me, and gave me eyes to see and ears to hear, and granted me the gifts of repentance toward God and faith toward Christ.

I am sorry to hear that any person, with a fancy title or not, would tell you that.
Well he is Canadian LOL. How he got to Northern NJ I will never know. But God has a sense of humor. They are planning to put a dump right behind this church… only in Northern New Jersey :Laugh

He does NOT even do SINGLE PREDESTINATION ANYWHERE in the ENTIRE 66 Books of the Holy Bible!

Romans 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

@SavedByGrace, you're the one that's SERIOUSLY DELUDED:

23 and that he might make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he afore prepared unto glory, Ro 9

The infra and supra conversation is simply over the order of the decrees of God, and single predestination or double predestination, not over the Biblical doctrine of election. Thus, both support the Biblical doctrine of predestination, or as it is sometimes called, absolute predestination.

I’m an old man. I can’t sleep any way

I go to sleep quickly enough, but sometimes I wake up around 5:00 and don't get back to sleep. My alarm is set at 6:30 to make the dogs happy. Sometimes I find that taking 3 mg of melatonin or drinking 8 ounces of tart cherry juice just before bedtime can help me sleep on through closer to the alarm time.

Well the dog wakes me up to go out at about midnight then he won’t leave me alone till I give him a meal. Thank heavens for eggs (fresh from my chickens). Then I’m up and so I make tea or coffee which keeps me awake till around 5AM. The chickens start to rise at 6-630am and they need to go out of the coop quickly least the coop is covered with poop. It gets exhausting, but that’s how I get eggs for my breakfast and my wifes
and the dogs. Then I get a nap that I need after lunch. That’s my life after retirement :Coffee

Since @Silverhair accused me of cherry-picking, I am sharing this article which is a much more thorough defense of the absolute total sovereignty of God as revealed in God's Word, the Bible.

"First, I would like to present a totally Biblical argument for the supralapsarian position. Second, I will desperately try to not use any extra-biblical logic since this has aroused so many infralapsarians.
...
The first and foremost part of my proposition is that God is intrinsically holy. This holiness cannot be changed nor does it have an end or a beginning. The second part of my proposition is that God, in His holiness, has an immutable decree for all events in time and outside of time. This decree is as immutable and eternal as His holiness. This decree providentially permeates, and by God's infinite power is the causal factor of, every facet of all events in time and outside of time.

The third but less significant part of my proposition is that the knowledge of the supralapsarian position is an extremely important part of the Christian life and the worship of God. Within this part of the proposition we should note that we are strongly admonished through examples and commands in Scripture to praise God for the good and the bad that He brings. Ultimately this is because they all work together for good to them that love God and are the called according to His purpose. Therefore, I assert that the active, ineffable power of God over good and evil, righteousness and sin, to fulfill His decree, is to be praised by the Christian. God's power is not merely an attribute."

I agree that God predestined certain individuals to be saved & do special service for Him, but all others who were, are, or will be saved must come to belief and submission to Jesus. And I posted several "whoever" verses in another thread proving salvation is open to all living. The calvinist version of predestination is pure jive.

Ephesians 1:4 says "before the foundation of the world." I dare say is before the fall. It is my understanding Supralapsarian has that meaning.

The verse itself explains exactly what is meant

that we should be holy and without blame before him in love

This is ALL that it means

Not all it means. It also has a when God chose us in Christ for His purpose. . . . as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be . . . . As it says.

IF, the Bible does teach, which it most certainly DOES NOT, that God has "chosen some to salvation", without their need to REPENT of their sins, and BELIEVE in Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and Lord; then MUCH of what the Bible does teach elsewhere, is quite USELESS!
