no Bible in that response. (i.e. no substance in simply complaining or raising false accusation)
The accusation is the same copy and paste that we all have read dozens of times. It is speculation, not Bible exposition, or exegesis. It is foolish imaginative speculation based on EGW musings. The following is simply the quoting of Scripture with commentary by a cult figure. Why should anyone accept it??
By contrast we have --
nvestigating the records/books of heaven.
There is no investigation of books. Your inference dictates that there are; that is not what the Bible teaches.
Dan 7
“I kept looking
Until
thrones were set up,
And the
Ancient of Days took His seat;
His vesture
was like white snow
And the hair of His head like pure wool.
His t
hrone was ablaze with flames,
Its wheels were a burning fire.
10 “A river of fire was flowing
And coming out from before Him;
Thousands upon thousands were attending Him,
And myriads upon myriads were standing before Him;
The
court sat,
And
the books were opened.
The books were opened. So? No investigation took place. Imaginative, but not true!
Christ takes part in the Judgment
- it is the judgment seat of Christ
False again. This is not what this passage is talking of. This the overburdened imagination of EGW whom you follow instead of looking at Scripture with an objective mind.
13 “I kept looking in the night visions,
And behold, with the clouds of heaven
One like a
Son of Man was coming,
And He
came up to the Ancient of Days
And was presented before Him.
14 “And t
o Him was given dominion,
Glory and a kingdom,
That all the peoples, nations and
men of every language
Might serve Him.
His dominion is an everlasting dominion
Which will not pass away;
And His kingdom is one
Which will not be destroyed.
--Note:
His Kingdom will not be destroyed.
That is not judgement, but blessing. That speaks of blessing, the Millennial Kingdom when the Jews will receive Christ as their Messiah, when Christ will sit on the Throne of David when there will truly be "peace on earth and good will toward men." As it says "His dominion is an everlasting dominion." This is not judgment. The question is: Will you be there? How do you know?
Saints are included as subjects of the Judgment (We must ALL stand before the Judgment seat of Christ)
21 I kept looking, and that
horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them
22
until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the
time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.
The saints refer to the believing Jews, not to Christians. Christians have been raptured. The Jews have just accepted the Messiah as their King. The context is obvious here which you are conveniently ignoring. The nation of Israel had been set aside, which had begun with Nebuchadnezzar.
The little horn is a person, a king (vs.24), who persecutes Israel (vs.25). He will bring Israel under his authority(12:13-17: 17:7), and then will finally be judged by God himself (19:19-20).
11th horn - dominates for 1260 years (
starting shortly after the fall of the pagan Roman empire)
Absolute nonsense. There is no 1260 years mentioned. This is your blind following of EGW. The following events are still future.
24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall
be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Judgment takes place after the 1260 years (3.5 years of apocalyptic prophetic time - day for year rule)
Three and a half years of the Great Tribulation which precedes the Millennial Kingdom, at the end of which Israel will turn to Christ, and Christ's enemies will be defeated. There is no investigative judgement.
26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
This judgment is the judgment of the enemies of Israel when Christ comes again and defeats her enemies, and then sets up His Kingdom.
27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him.
Daniel is speaking to the Jews. The believing Jews are the saints. Christ comes for the believing Jews. They will enter into the Millennial Kingdom. The believers are mentioned in Revelation 19 who will come with Christ. They are already in heaven.
Your interpretation is based on a false premise and lands on a false premise. But what would you expect when you base it on the followings of a false teacher? It has nothing to do with Bible exposition, only vain imaginations.
