You are saying that one must have knowledge of facts to be saved, instead of having knowledge of the Savior.Just saying that we mut hold to righ theology in order to haereal salvation!
Knowing the Savior is what is essential.

Must know the real Jesus, and that is the biblical one, and must know real Gospel, ad that is all theology! You are saying that one must have knowledge of facts to be saved, instead of having knowledge of the Savior.

Your grammar and spelling make it difficult to understand your points.Must know the real Jesus, and that is the biblical one, and must know real Gospel, ad that is all theology!
Just to be able to know Him and have eternal life reflects some theology you have!
Faith in Jesus saves us, as He did the work on Cross to have God freely justify us, but if I do not have the real Jesus, but say Mormon, Jw one, has not my theology given to me no salvation?Your grammar and spelling make it difficult to understand your points.
I agree that knowing Jesus provides theology, but the simple knowledge of persons is more important than factual knowledge. Factual knowledge does not save you, nor does knowledge of the Person of Jesus (the demons fear Him), but being in communion with Jesus is what brings salvation.
It is very easy to fall into the Gnostic trap of thinking that a certain knowledge construct (an orthodox theology) brings one into communion with God.
I'm not sure what you mean here. Are you saying that communion saves you?. Communion damns you if your heart is not right with God. What saves is believing in Jesus Christ. His comming to save us. His death, and resurrection. Confessing Christ is Lord of our lives. Communion means nothing with out being saved.Your grammar and spelling make it difficult to understand your points.

We have theology, doctrines from th Bibe, that show to us if we have the real Gospel and Jesus rhar saves us!I'm not sure what you mean here. Are you saying that communion saves you?. One does not have communion (aka "common union") with Christ unless one's heart is right.I'm not sure what you mean here. Are you saying that communion saves you? Communion damns you if your heart is not right with God.
The demons believe what you describe about salvation, death and resurrection. Communion is greater than belief. It is a relationship with Jesus where the two of you are living as one - the student learning from the Teacher - in the rhythms of life. It is laying down one's previous life and entering into a new life union with Jesus in community. What saves is believing in Jesus Christ. His comming to save us. His death, and resurrection.
You misunderstood what I was trying to communicate. One is not "saved" without entering into communion with Christ.Confessing Christ is Lord of our lives. Communion means nothing with out being saved.
If you have never met Jesus, you are not "saved."We have theology, doctrines from th Bibe, that show to us if we have the real Gospel and Jesus rhar saves us!
Which Jesus saves though, as many people have a theology on a false one and still are lost!If you have never met Jesus, you are not "saved."
We receive Him thru faith, and now have the Holy Spirit livng in us...One does not have communion (aka "common union") with Christ unless one's heart is right.

The One Who is introduced to us through the Spirit. If you seek God, you will find God.Which Jesus saves though, as many people have a theology on a false one and still are lost!
If you know Christ and are in communion with Him, you will begin to exhibit the fruit of the Spirit as a natural consequence of that relationship. The fruit of the Spirit is not knowledge or rule-keeping, but a transforming of the character. We receive Him thru faith, and now have the Holy Spirit livng in us...
I understand, but in order to have a real relationship, a real knpwledge of the truth is needed! If you know Christ and are in communion with Him, you will begin to exhibit the fruit of the Spirit as a natural consequence of that relationship. The fruit of the Spirit is not knowledge or rule-keeping, but a transforming of the character.
Let me emphasize, I'm not diminishing knowledge, but putting it in its proper place. Communion with Christ provides an education as a natural consequence.
You meant a relationship. I understand and agree. One does not have communion (aka "common union") with Christ unless one's heart is right.

You need to know the One Who identified Himself and the Way, the Truth and the Life.I understand, but in order to have a real relationship, a real knpwledge of the truth is needed!
The scriptures are wonderful, but they do not provide eternal life. You have to approach Jesus for eternal life. (See John 5:39-40)As the NT Epistles pretty much doctrines and how to apply them!
Yes, eternal life is found only in Him, but we must make sure that our theolgy gives us the real Jesus! You need to know the One Who identified Himself and the Way, the Truth and the Life.

The only doctrine is the doctrine of Jesus Christ accepting the authority of His word and studying it in context. Accepting, what does scripture say, and not necessarily what men say and have said. Many would rather take the word of man over what the Bible actually says. We are all, at times, influenced by others who claim they have the truth. The truth requires us to accept the Authority of God's word alone whether we like what it says or not. God's word deserves our absolute our submission to what it clearly says.Yes, eternal life is found only in Him, but we must make sure that our theolgy gives us the real Jesus!
That would be us getting the proper theology of what te Bible is really teaching to us....The only doctrine is the doctrine of Jesus Christ accepting the authority of His word and studying it in context. God's self-revelation can take a number of forms. One of the most common forms is through scripture. But God reveals Himself in other ways too, especially in places and situations where scripture is not readily available.Yes, eternal life is found only in Him, but we must make sure that our theolgy gives us the real Jesus!
The Christan Faith is having the real Jesus, and also in having the truths of His doctrines known and applied out!God's self-revelation can take a number of forms. Having a systematic way of thinking about God (theology) does not always precede personal knowledge of God. Life is found in personal knowledge of God.
