Did Paul not correct error that had crept into the church? I am not saying I have the authority of Paul but I do believe that we are all, as Christians, to point out what we see as error. None of us have a perfect understanding of God's word.

Let me ask you a question, have you ever in your bible study come to realize that the way you had understood a passage was not correct? If so was that because of personal study or through someone questioning your view?

You have it backwards, Gospel preaching is primarily for the saved, to make disciples of them Matt 28:18-20

God has provided in the death of Jesus Calvary a certain and sure salvation for Hs own elect, but has chosen Himself to work thru the offering of the Goseal message to save out His on, and per the Great Commission, shall give that good news to all peoples every where, and the Holy Spirit shall make sure all intended to be saved by that good news shall be presented some hw that message.

So you give the good news to my sister, who because of brain damage, could not understand and you give the good news to a newborn who dies as a wee infant…. Both I’m sure will now come to Christ…..Nonsense and so these are relegated to hell (or that’s at least what these 3 idiot Presbyterians informed me). And if you consider that kinda presentation brought me closer to the Lord, you’d be sadly mistaken. My trust lies with my Lord & Savior only… all others can jump in a lake.

I did. I would suggest you get your meds refilled and maybe take some vitamin D, especially during the winter months. If you are reading the Marrow men keep doing so as they are useful. Actually listen to what people say on a post rather than taking everything as a personal insult to you. You will have to explain what you mean by hyper Calvinism. Like I don’t dunk babies, I don’t believe in total predestination, I don’t reference or study Calvin, my people have never persecuted or executed anyone. We also don’t sing our hymns and songs with instrumental accompaniment… strictly a capella. We are big into regeneration before conversion, Grace & Providence.

BTW, my great grandfather was a Particular Baptist.
