Before we start, please explain what you mean. I have never even heard of anything like that before. Anything like kids are not applied to by the Bible.

    Wait for what?
You came up with the notion that the Bible does not apply to Children or something like that.
Please explain what you meant by that.
No need to wait, wait for who? Why?

As I said, if it needs an explanation
(then clarify your explanation in a civil way)

    Dale,
This guy doesn't really want to argue this topic with you until he can do some studying on it himself. It is a hard topic because it breaks our hearts to think of a little one going to hell in their ignorance. I see you have been doing some dancing with him, nail him down to the part where you really seem to diverge in the first place: God's immutablity. If God has perfect knowledge, and is eternal, how can he ever increase this perfect knowledge? How can he ever learn of a man's salvation after He has created him? The answer is that God doesn't learn things, He has always known everything. That is where your two Gods differ: yours is perfect and his is not. Now figure out which one is the one in the Bible.

    Well said Mcknight!

Bob, I think he is exactly right and he DID not blaspheme God.

PLease do not make such accusations lightly!

I am going to bed now.
If you care to ever explain your accusations and your statements that would be great.
Otherwise, please refrain from such statements and accusations.

Couldn't help myself on this one, Dale-c. But I do not think there is a Scripture that says God intended the Bible, or the Scriptures, for mankind, as in each and every individual, elect or not.

One Scripture I am thinking of right now that seems to contradict your statement is Romans 15:4

Another one is 1 Corinthians 10:11

The Bible is meant only for the children of God, without prejudice to the finished work of Christ in their behalf.

    peace.:flower:

Those are interesting points but my point was that the Bible is applicable to all.
What I understood BB to be saying is that children are not subject to the word of God so to speak. I may have misunderstood him but that is what I thought he meant. Since he would not explain what he meant, I guess I will never know just what it was that he did mean.

So, in light of what you said, I think you could say that all men are subject to the Bible, but only believers actually benefit directly from it.

If there is something I am missing here let me know.
