That sounds really good donnA. If you like it, would you please post the recipe? I'm always on the lookout for a good new chicken recipe.

Tonight we're having Oven-Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Greenbean Casserole, and Cherry Upside-Down Cake for dessert.

not home today, so we're having left overs, butterbeans and corn bread, cole slaw and going to bake some breaded pork chops.

My son wanted to try middle eatern foods, my grandmother's family was from the middle east, ao I cooked dolmas(stuffed grape leave) stuffed grape leaves a new baked vegetable dish, hummus (a chicke pea dip), with pita, and a cucumber salad.
He didn't care for it, his wife loved it.

I'm thinking chicken and dumplings tonight, not home today and won't have all day to prepare food for tonight.

Making another new recipe I saw on tv, don't recall the name, but it's steak cooked with greens, in my case collard greens, with a sauce over rice, and I think some squash & peppers.
