Tonight will be pasta with chicken and sausage (I just need to make the pasta since the sauce with the meats in it is leftover from a few weeks ago), mussels cooked in wine and Italian bread.

Tonight was what we call a baked tater buffet. We usually only have that when we do this since there are so many filling things to stuff them with (reminds me, I want more steamed broccoli!) and we had left over meat from last night, so I turned it into taco meat and those who wanted to also had tacos.

I've got chicken marinating in garlic, salt, pepper, and some rosemary from the garden.

So chicken. Not sure of the sides.

My oldest has been telling me to make chicken paprika.

But I'm not doing it tonight, maybe sometime this week.

Tonight? Food. They can practice their identification skills. :tongue3:
