Tonight is Broiled Sirloin Steaks, Twice-Baked Deviled Potatoes, Pecan Tossed Salad, and Dressed-Up Cheesecake for dessert.

Plain and Small

Well all I had was a bowl of Rotini Pasta made Italian style with some Powerade.

I really think the heat and being tired made it that I hardly had an appetite.

How sad. I'm making the same thing I was making the last time I felt like coming on here to say what I'm making.

It's too hot to cook so we'll be having salad for dinner with lettuce, shrimp, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, celery and whatever else is in the fridge. I'll also serve it with some bread and nice cold lemonade.

Once again it's brutal outside so I'm thinking of making a Greek salad with shrimp. I may also get stuff to make mussels in wine but I'm not sure if I want to even have the stove on that long. It's 101.3 right now at 1:30 pm which means we'll get to 103 again today AND it's more humid. Bleck!
