Today is Sunday, so getting back in the habit...we're having a roast with carrots, taters, onions, and red peppers. Seasoned it yesterday, just stuck it in the oven about 20 minutes ago so it can cook veeerrrryyy slow and be picked at all day long!

Oooo that sounds good donnA. Nothing better than a "big pot of red".

Tonight is Grilled Hamburgers, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, and Deep-Dish Apple Pie for dessert.

Tonight is shake-n-bake pork chops, steamed broccoli, and mandarin oranges.

We had a chicken mexican casserole.
I do know what we're having Wednesday, leftover chili and grilled cheese.

All-American Cheeseburger Soup, Homemade Crusty Bread, and Chocolate-Cherry Stack Cake with Chocolate-Dipped Cherries for dessert.

Brenda found the Soup recipe and the cake-frosting-and Chocolate-Dipped Cherries recipe in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine [February 2009]
