We're taking my Daughter and her boyfriend out to a steakhouse for dinner tonight, after we come home we'll have Cherry Upside-Down Cake for dessert.

we didn't get the eggplant, we had to run do soemthing for one of the boys andI didn't have time to cook for an hour before bible study group, so we had quickie breakfast for supper and will have eggplant tomorrow night.

Baked Ranch Chicken Breasts, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, and a chocolate cake/chocolate iced birthday cake for Pastor Bob and my DIL (her birthday is in a couple of weeks). He and his wife drove up for a couple of days and his birthday was yesterday.
