How can I judge a man who has for his avatar one of America's greatest generals; one who was not only a great tactician but also a man who loved the Lord Jesus Christ.

Not caused by God seeing us placing faith in Jesus as the condition to elect us...

No no you need to go back and address your post that I originally quoted. Youve ignored it so far. I answered your questions now deal with it.

This is the process of addressing it. I have addressed and dealt with your first point. Your turn to refute. Why move to further points when your first point is off the rails?
Before I can address the harmony, or lack of, in your position; you must clarify election.

No no I asked you to defend your statement:

"If you move any degree toward the middle, your doctrine crumbles."

    Now please defend it.

First you have not prove it is off the rails you just made a claim and posted some scripture references. That is not proof. You need to break it down using each scripture reference you used and show me they support your claim.

    Clarify your position on election.
Your doctrine has already crumbled because your view of depravity is thoroughly proven impossible by the scriptures I posted. They need no commentary.

I see. You cannot defend your claim. It was just another "snarky" post made toward those with whom you disagree. Further, corporate election is not a new invention. Your asking about it this way only shows once again you don't know doctrine. You may know about some doctrines but you don't really know them.

There are several doctrines on corporate election that are all meaningfully different. Which one do you subscribe to? Clarify.
I am not leaving the door open for you to change horses in midstream as we move down the road.

You don't know what your belief on corporate election is?

In other words, you are scared to articulate your position in a concise enough manner for it to be refuted in debate.
Your position on depravity crumbled under the weight of Scripture. Articulate C.E. and it can be next.

What you call "traditionalism" is more founded in psychology and philosophy than scripture. It is strong on appeal to emotion and weak on scriptural support.

Being totally honest, you Calvinist crack me up with all of your silly comments. God allows you a choice, you make it, God seals it. How hard is that? The angels had a choice, because they were created beings, they made it, God sealed it. Jude 6
What part of "whosoever" do you not get? What part of "God is not willing that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance."? If God has to control everything in order to be God, then next car accident, flat tire, trip up or down stairs, just thank God that that is over. Since He made it happen. Salutations

But God works in us to will and do what he wants us to do.

“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” (Philippians 2:13)

The problem is men who resist God's Spirit, 2 Thessalonians 2:13; Acts of the Apostles 7:51.
